Order & Products = Good, Delivery = Problematic
There was no problem with the online ordering process, nor supplier communication. The delivery company intimated a date for the five parcels to arrive. However they arrived over 3 actual days which was quite inconvenient. The products are as described, take a little bit of patience to build, but appear absolutely fit for my purposes.

We’re sorry that your five parcels arrived over three separate days rather than together, and we appreciate how inconvenient this can be. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board regarding the delivery experience.
We’re also pleased to hear that, with a little patience, you found the products straightforward to build and that they’re working well for your purposes. Regards Racking Solutions.
Bits missing
Bits missing. Damage to other pieces (probably in transit - which was expensive). Had to ring to get missing pieces - had to delay installing over the weekend! 😡

Good price, service & product
Product was excellent value for money and cheapest delivery option was really quick (next day). The product (3 Bay MEGA DEAL Galvanised Steel Shelving) took a little longer to assemble than I expected as the knock through tabs kept trying to go outwards rather than inwards, but the final assembled product seems very stable and robust.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the instructions difficult to follow and had trouble slotting the pieces together. We appreciate that assembly can be frustrating when the parts don’t fit together as easily as expected.

Great storage solution.
The first order arrived very badly damaged and had to be returned. This went very smoothly. The second order arrived in the expected condition.
I am a small woman and assembled it myself although it does say its a two person job.
I found it easy in theory, to assemble and a good design but actually tricky to assemble. The majority of the 'lugs' didn't slide easily into place and required quite a bit of hammering. Some just wouldn't go in. I tried to shoehorn them in using a screwdriver.
Overall, it looks great, holds a huge amount and I'm very pleased with it.

Resposta da Racking Solutions
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re sorry that your first order arrived damaged, but we’re pleased to hear that the return process went smoothly and that your replacement arrived in good condition.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the assembly. We apologise that you found some of the lugs difficult to fit and that they required more effort than expected. Sometimes the tolerances can be slightly different due to the units being powder coated. In these situations, using a flat-head screwdriver to gently open up the gap can help make assembly easier.
It’s fantastic to hear that you were able to assemble the unit yourself and that you’re pleased with the finished result. We’re delighted that it looks great, holds a huge amount and is working well for you. Thank you for choosing us. Regards Racking Solutions.
Problem but resolved.
Package arrived damaged and heavily taped up...was also listed as signed for when it was not, it was left outside. However this was on delivery company.upon opening we realised various bits had obviously dropped out prior to taping...one quick phone call and bits were on their way with apologies. The shelving is robust and easy to assemble.

I thought they had sent the wrong size but a quick phone call sorted it all out....the best part was you actually get to speak to someone whi knows what they are doing and is genuinely interested in solving the problem even at am.....AI can't do that for you.
