Poor Quality & Poor Customer Services
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was advised from the start to order the wrong size boxes for my chosen storage rack and now i’m being charged £10 for 10 boxes to be returned and left with a poor quality storage rack.
It’s been over a week and i’m still waiting for the collection Beth has repeated promised has been booked. No confirmation, no call backs and no response to emails. Complete waste of money!! Avoid this company!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the return of the boxes and the delay in arranging the collection.
The £10 return charge is the price we are charged by the courier for carrying out the collection. We also weren’t made aware when you initially requested the return of the boxes that you had previously spoken to a member of our team regarding the boxes at the time of your original order.
When a collection is booked, the courier should contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time. We apologise that there was a delay with this on this occasion. Unfortunately, once we have submitted the collection through the courier’s portal, we have no further control over the scheduling, and we were advised by the courier that they were arranging a date and time with you. We apologise that the courier let us down with the information provided to us, which we then passed on to you.
We can see that the boxes have now been returned and that your refund has been provided. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved. Regards Racking Solutions.
Excellent products and service
Excellent products and service - though I would have appreciated more than a couple of hours’ notice (by email) of the delivery! Luckily we were in.

We do appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery notification, and understand that a little more notice would have been helpful. Regards Racking Solutions.

Awful delivery
AVOID. I Can't rate the product as I never got it however their delivery side is abysmal.
I ordered racking then after the delivery was a day late chased Racking Solutions only to be told there was an issue with their courier (DX) and they would resend the order by a different courier.
On the afternoon of day the "new" order was due I chased them again to be told it was at the couriers depot (DX again...) and it should be delivered the following day. Finally one day later after chasing I get a story about the racking being damaged in the DX depot and a refund issued. If you want someone reliable this lot ain't going by my experience. More than a week of my time wasted hanging around waiting and chasing.
The only reason it's two stars is that the refund was done promptly. AVOID.

We sincerely apologise for the experience you had with your order and completely understand your frustration, especially after spending so much time waiting for deliveries and having to chase for updates.
We were trying to work with the courier as much as possible to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, but unfortunately, on this occasion, they let us down with your order. We’re very sorry that the repeated delays, changes and lack of a successful delivery caused you so much inconvenience and wasted your time.
We’re glad to hear that your refund was received promptly once we found out that the delivery was not going to happen. We’re very sorry again that we were unable to provide you with the service and delivery experience we aim to offer.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Regards Racking Solutions.

The racking appears to be substantial enough despite what I thought was a rather thin MDF shelf material.

Items were a good price
Items were a good price, they arrived within the 1-2 working days as advertised. The only gripe would be the tracking service did not work.
No damage to the items either but half this is about the delivery service which is after the purchase.
Oh my instructions were in the box you open last so I had put it together before opening the box with the instructions in! Maybe put them in the box that makes sense to open first.

Delivery was prompt and complete
Delivery was prompt and complete. The instructions should include two things - both obvious enough after trial-and-error, but a little guidance would have been helpful.
First, the side crossbars, both long and short, have tabs that fit into slots on the verticals. It may well be necessary to bend the tabs a little with your fingers to get then to engage with the slots.
Second, the middle cross-bars have tabs that need to be bent at 90 degrees to attach to the long side crossbars. That should be siad cllearly.

Thank you for your detailed review and for your helpful feedback. We’re pleased to hear your delivery was prompt and complete, and we appreciate your comments regarding the assembly instructions.
We do not pre-bend the tabs, as bending them before installation can weaken the tabs and affect their strength. We apologise that this is not made clear enough in the instructions. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Regards Racking Solutions.

Great shelving
Great shelves for organising your garage or shed. Good range of sizes. A little fiddly to put together properly but a bit of patience, a small flat head screwdriver and a rubber mallet got it all together and the finished product is robust and looks good.
The only negative is the actual shelf itself goes on flat and neat but within a short period of time it dips slightly in the middle.
Easy ordering and quick delivery.

Damaged shelf replacement arrived next day
One shelf of the corner racking arrived damaged, phoned them and the replacement arrived the next day - excellent after sales service!
Would have given 5 stars but have concerns about durability of thin MDF shelving in UK (normally) damp climate. Would have paid more for stronger shelving boards. Stainless steel framing is all good but advise fixing to wall to make really firm.

Applying a suitable wood varnish to the boards will help protect them from the elements and reduce weathering, keeping them looking their best for longer. Regards Racking Solutions.

Bought a shelf system and the delivery scheduled by DX.They lied about delivery, no ones even tried to deliver it to me.Unable to reach both DX and Racking Solution to resolve the issue.Chasing my bank to issue refund. What a dreadful company.Never again.
