Fantastic service, we have an older woodburner that needed new fire bricks, just sent them the serial number and they could point me in the right direction as to what set to buy,no pressure. Purchased fire bricks came very quickly and now insinuating. Thank you you were brilliant,definitely use you again .

Phenomenal service, order Sunday afternoon, received an email on Monday morning (9.15) advising that order was completed and being dispatched, received Tuesday.
My concerns that the fire bricks would be damaged in the parcel were unfounded as I don't think that I have ever seen such careful packing.

Ordered two parts for my Morso Squirrel early evening on the Tuesday. Got an email confirming the items had been dispatched the following day and it stated that it could be 2 or 3 days (can't remember) but the items were delivered mid-morning on the Thursday. Excellent service.

This company completely satisfied my need to replace glass and surround on a MK 1 much Wenlock wood stove. Despite its age, they knew which parts I needed and were so helpful on the phone. Parts were delivered almost instantly. I am so impressed and would recommend to anyone needing help with parts for an old stove.
