Easy to order, got order next day absolutely over the moon as it was just before Xmas & rear fire brick fell apart. Will definitely use this rangemoors again can’t fault them

I managed to order a part for a different version of the Morso Panther I was trying to repair.
This was all sorted out over the phone very quickly with the correct part arriving 24 hours later - 2 days before Christmas! Refund for the part I ordered in error made within 48 hours.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again.

So the Thursday night before Christmas, the stove decided to buckle the baffle plate. Let it cool overnight, and Friday morning had a look, and ordered a new plate and grate, expecting them hopefully before Christmas but realistically it’s going to be after.
Notification arrives Saturday morning, your items will be delivered today 😱

I ordered online at 11am, I had the parts at 11am NEXT MORNING delivered by DPD.
You can't expect any better than that.

i needed some new rope for my stove door, it was clearly advertised on the website and arrived in great time , i required along piece for around the door and a shorter piece for across the door they both arrived cut to size and with the ends tapped with adhesive also , it was perfect ,

Our solid fuel stove has lived in our lounge for more than the 25 years we have lived here. I’d replaced a couple of parts, about 15 years ago, and now the Belfort was beginning to show its age - again!
Rangemoors had supplied the parts before so I thought I would go back to them.
SUCCESS!
Within three days I had a big, very heavy parcel delivered with all 5 of the parts I needed!
No problems, no excuses! Everything I ordered was there - beautifully and securely packed.
Next time I need parts for the Belfort, I will be going straight to Rangemoors!

Ordered three items for my wood burning stove. Process very easy and items delivered quickly. Had to return one item because I ordered incorrectly. Return process very easy and hassle free.

Rangemoors really is an excellent company. I needed to change the firebricks and baffle plate in my Franco Belge Montfort Classic wood burner. I initially ordered direct from their website, but when the parts arrived they didn't fit. I called and received fantastic customer service; I had mis-identified my own wood burner!!!! The return was quickly arranged and my account credited. I then re-ordered the correct parts, and was informed that there may be a delay as they were waiting for a shipment from the supplier. I was kept informed on the progress and received an e-mail on 17 Dec 25 to let me know the items had been dispatched, and they arrived the next day. Everything was EXTREMELY well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Swapping the items out of my log burner was really easy and everything fitted perfectly. There was a useful little leaflet included in the package, providing advice on wood burner care, and there is other useful maintenance advice/guidance on their website. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase; the cost was very reasonable, customer service was great, delivery was quick once the parts had arrived and everything fit....what more can you ask? Highly recommended.
