We order regularly from here, bulk buying our loo roll, with occasional other things also - the delivery is prompt & it’s cost effective for us. Communication is always good with any issues.

I've been using this company for years and never had an issue. Great choice of products which I struggle to find elsewhere. Helpful descriptions of products including if plastic free, vegan etc. Good communication, well packaged and fast delivery

Great choice of products which are of excellent quality. I love the organic oat groats 😍 which are not readily available elsewhere. Communication was great and delivery was swift. I would highly recommend

I don't have a good health food store near me so I always order from Real Foods. Their own brand nuts, seeds, flours etc. are great quality and reasonably priced, and they've a good range of organic products. Delivery is always efficient and they prioritise sending whole order once available rather than split it over a few days.

Dumped on front step.
Tracking didn't work (bounced between Parcelforce & Royal Mail). No advance notification. Delivery was dumped on the front doorstep while we were away. Left out overnight in paper/cardboard packaging that had burst open. Not very clever for a perishable food delivery!

Great quality food
Very good service. I have ordered from them a few times now and the quality of the foods they supply both fresh and dried is excellent. They also have a much larger variety of organic products available in their online shop than many other places.

Great service, great food
I order regularly from Real Foods. It stocks good quality good value products that I can't get in our local shops. The wide range of ethically sourced, vegan and vegetarian ingredients is fantastic. I also appreciate the good communication from Real Foods about my order, and that they give the option of holding the order to get items that are not in stock. Great service, great food.

Whenever I’ve ordered from Real foods, they’ve sent the order out really quickly (and because the product is in glass jars), well protected. The products that I purchase are great value too.

Real Goods is fantastic
Real Goods is fantastic! I went often to their shoppe in Edinburgh to get dried goods - beans, lentils and rice. Always a great variety and terrific quality. Now that I don’t get to Edinburgh as often, I tried their online service for first time. Same variety, quality and prompt delivery!

excellent range of products - things I can't get anywhere else, especially Fair Trade goods. Threshold for free postage is good - It suits the quantity of things I normally buy each time.

After products from my order were replaced without me being asked or clearly informed before dispatch, the person who responded to my email attempted to explain that white Italian Jasmine rice is the same as long grain rice produced in Thailand.
I was also told that the change in weight — regarding the rice paper that was replaced — was due to the manufacturer, but apparently it was not considered necessary to inform me that I was paying the same price for a smaller quantity, even if it is only 10 grams.
This is a matter of principle, not money.

We are sorry that you were not happy with some aspects of your order. The rice you received was as described on our website and is Jasmine rice which comes primarily from Thailand. It is not being sold as Italian rice. We are sorry you were not informed about the change of size of the rice paper. Unfortunately manufactures do make changes to the size of products from time to time without informing us.
A very good company
I've placed orders with Real Foods in Edinburgh for a few years and have always been very satisfied with the products they have available, being able to buy in bulk and also their customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been ordering from Real Foods for some time. A well-established organisation, purveying high-quality food, well sourced, and they are an organisation with good ethical values.
