Still very early on with the course, but I'm impressed with how thorough the detail is and how Richard lays down the important foundations necessary to start a Property investing business. Time will tell how how well I can adapt to the strategies.

I had a one hours session with one of his team members ( Richard Ellis) he was nice and explained me all the options available for me, compared with my current situation, nice I recommend.

I wanted to write this review to make everyone aware that property investing is available to anyone who wants it no matter your background and best of all you can get started with little or no money. The only reason I say this now is because I thought you had to have a lot of money to start investing in property and Richard Norris has proved otherwise!
I found Richard Norris when I was looking online for a course and found him to be highly genuine an honest from first impressions. The course is comprehensive and it does what it says on the tin. He offers an unlimited hand held approach so you can find help every step of the way.
He even offers you all of his contacts so you can use them if you can't find an accountant, solicitor, builder etc..
The community of investors is priceless and because of Richard Norris' good standards, everyone is so helpful to eachother and this platform means that investors really get to know eachother well, always helpful ehen you ask a question, celebrate other peoples success and could be potential JV partners.
Because of this, I have just incorporated a property sourcing business which I will be doing alongside my investment business ( next on my list to do) which I never thought was possible for me. So the point is, really, there is no excuse, if you want to learn from someone who has done it themselves it's worth the time and effort because you can't go wrong.

Before joining the Accelerator Program, I did a wide research to find the most suitable option to learn about investing in property in the UK. What did stand out about this option - is the way the learning is structured. 6 weeks of detailed (+- 1-3 hours duration lessons) video sessions, detailed and thought through downloadable materials, as well as access to network of people with same growth mindset. Zoom calls with Richard Norris who has a great deal of knowledge, where you can ask any questions, online accelerator community chats and private message options - all these for a reasonable price comparing to other providers on the market.
Having said that, some learning materials were a bit basic for me and maybe sometimes it felt irrelevant and unnecessary long, but surely there is no ideal option to fit everyone's needs and experience.
Overall, a value for money and highly recommended!

Richard Norris is highly knowledgable in the property area. I have been looking for the right type of course over the past 10 years but once I had the first one to one with him I realised the training program is nothing like I have seen before. You train at your own pace. They have twice weekly live calls and many useful templates depending on your own thoughts and strategies. I can highly recommend Richard Norris as the best. Everyone’s financial situations are different and he spent time understanding me and my existing portfolio and gave best advise which I have put into place now and now and on a roll to be a successful property developer regardless of the economy he has taught us how to find the opportunities. Starting the course/mentorship I hadn't brought my first property, for myself or as an investor. Within the space of 6 months, I am going through purchasing an 8-bed HMO with a retail unit which I will convert into a 10+ bed HMO with my JV partner, who I found via this network.

I have also managed to secure plenty more deals, big and small. From 2-3 bed terraced houses to 3x blocks of flats worth a combined £3.25 Million.

I now have a list of investors with cash totaling £3 MILLION willing to JV or loan cash to me. All this has become possible with the help Richard Norris and his team offers.

Don't get me wrong, I have had to put in a lot of work by putting the things taught to me into practice and they are paying off.

This is not just one of those courses/seminars that tell you about the different investment strategies and says bye. Richard and his team give you this PLUS all the granular detail and more. They really do give a handheld approach to see that you succeed.

On top of the course, you get access to an amazing network of like-minded people. This includes investors on all levels; newbies, developers (big and small), landlords with 1 or 2 properties and portfolio landlords with 100+ properties.

There is a wealth of knowledge in the group!

And it doesn't stop there, you also get access to the professionals (property specialist Solicitors and Accountants, Brokers, etc) Richard himself and other investors actually use - and they are great!

In conclusion, if you are reading this review it means you are on the fence. I promise you won't be disappointed. So, jump down from the fence and get your journey in property started and if you are already on your journey but looking for help, as I said, there are plenty of portfolio landlords in addition to Richard to aid you in any way you need - so get going.

I think this was one of the best decisions I made this year. The classes are great and cover a lot of ground too. Richard explains everything in much detail so a lot to absorb throughout the classes. Highly recommended for everyone trying to start in the property business.

Can't recommend this course enough! It was very daunting at first seeing the amount of information there was but Richard explains it all very clearly. Highly recommend!

Having looked at various property courses over a period we eventually agreed on joining the program created by Richard Norris. The course itself, is very thorough and provides excellent analysis sheets to assist when appraising projects. Personally we are not as far on in the program as we would wish but that is due to our work commitments currently. Richard's programme has been an eye opener into the property market, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to delve into property investment to look at this first. First of all. Everybody is kind, helpful and friendly. My first time into anything like this and there is a lot of different knowledge and information from the group. I spoke to other people on different courses they are shocked that they're not do half of the stuff but I tell them we do.

Having been in property for over 15 years I found the course to be very informative as it covers every aspect of investing in detail. The area analysis systems and deal calculators were invaluable in helping me to identify new investment areas and make sound investment decision based on the numbers.

Great course with lots of details. Brilliant for first time investors with lots of explanation and worksheets.
Also great to have the option to ask questions in a knowledgeable community or participate in bi-weekly calls where you can take your own deals along to be analysed.
Much better value than other property courses

The Richard Norris course is a top-tier property course for anyone wanting to break into the property investing world. More importantly the team is made up of a very honest member-focused group of senior managers. I have now interacted with all the senior staff at the organization. They are all very competent people with a lot of integrity. If you are going to get into the property investing space then this is a great team to deal with.
