Richard Norris has created an outstanding education and mentoring programme. Having gone through some education programmes with other providers, I was apprehensive about what to expect. However, the engagement with Richard and his team was positive from the outset and has remained massively positive since. I am nearing completion of the course, and it has been money well spent - property knowledge, business systems and templates to fast-track your property journey and set you up for success! Highly recommended for any would-be property investor!

Richard Norris is a successful property investor and the Property Investors Accelerator training program he offers is inspirational. Everyone who qualifies gets a free consultation with Richard or a member of his experienced team. This allows you to share your goals and determine a strategy to realise them.

Unlike most other courses that just explain the different property strategies, the Property Investors Accelerator program provides practical and very detailed step by step instructions to help you every step of the way. The step-by-step approach combined with the detailed modelling spreadsheets help save time, but not only that help to build confidence that you are making the right decision.

Twice a week there is a “Mastermind” collaboration call where you can get help direct from Richard and also from your peers. These are invaluable should you have any question on the course material or tricky decisions to make. You can benefit from listening to other people’s stories but also Richard and your peers will help you directly for example pointing out risks you might not have though of and also strategies to mitigate risk.

Alongside the training material there is also a forum in skool.com where you can interact with a community of property investors and ask for help or even arrange a meet up.

What's also very clear is that Richard cares about and enjoys helping everyone on the collaboration calls.

I personally have found the training program hugely beneficial, it has helped to both motivate me and build up my confidence to take action.

As a relative beginner in the property industry this course taught me a lot of the foundations that have minimised the mistakes most property investors fall foul of. I think this covers everything you will need to run a successful property business. The bits that I found useful were the growth and positive mindset, the ability to source property at discounted prices, raising finance, market research and qualifying the demand. The benefits of purchasing a limited company too was also something that was explained clearly.

In addition to all this, Rich always stays in touch and is always availability on weekly chats and gives thorough and comprehensive support.

With all this support I started with circa 60k in my property business. Now, within a 2.5 year period I now have a portfolio worth 800k, generating a steady amount of cash flow each month. My goal is to continue to build on these foundations and go full time into property development in the next 3 years.

Thanks Rich for your excellent content and on going support. I recommend this course to anybody and I can assure you the cost of the course will pay for itself 10 times over (and some) by helping you to avoid some costly mistakes!

Definitely recommend Richards course, the training its extremely in-depth with as much support as you need… I'm a complete novice with property investing and have now successfully secured my first HMO after only a few months on the course.
If you are serious about getting into property then this will be your ticket in as long as you are ready to put in the work.

Over the years I have looked at many property "mastermind" course costing well over £10k and I have always felt that they ahve been after your money rather than giving you something for it. I was one of those Landlords owning properties in my name. Section 24 tax change happened and the squeeze started until I could not take it anymore. As I fall in the higher tax bracket and with interest rates rising, I was hit very hard and felt stuck.

I joined this program about 6 month ago and the mentoring Richard has provided m had been invaluable (especially when investing fairly large sums of money). The format of this program was also key (as I have a full time job): this program is designed in a flexible way allowing for continuous feedback from Richard thanks to his weekly brainstorming sessions which have helped take better informed decisions from Day 1. Personally after a few months in the program I decided to upgrade as my property ambitions have gotten bigger and the one to one support I get has enabled me to take on more complex strategic projects. This has by far been one of the most impactful decisions I’ve taken in the past few years and genuinely recommend others joining if they are serious about scaling their property journey. Mark

I work in Investment Banking and had invested in BTL before as a side hobby. I wanted a better return on my money outside of equites and returns from a wealth manager. I was initially very sceptical about property courses given it seemed that the coaches/ trainers all seemed to have caught the wave of low interest rates post 2008 and got lucky (no money down pitches).By chance I decided to try Richard’s course and must say it is pretty thorough, if you want something which gives you the nuts and bolts to the calcs and gives real examples as well as direct advice then this course is very good. Self taught books or watching YouTube videos on BRRR or HMO strategies only takes you so far. The theory was great and initially I spent 2 months frustrated with none of my bids working out, with some perseverance after about 8 months I acquired an additional 12 props and look to ramp up to c 18-25 by year one. Note the zero deposit/ angel finance strategy is hard in a high int rate environment and I had the benefit of a reasonable war chest but I think the small tips from the course made a difference (area analysis in particular). This isn’t a get rich scheme and I won’t be quitting my day job in the short- medium term but I do think with Richard’s help if you are, say on say £50-60k salary and want to replace your job or just want a good reasonable income then with some hard work and patience you can easily cover this level of earnings. The only thing I think could improve on the course is if there was more collaboration between members on the course where lead regeneration, joint ventures, angel financing of peer deals are shared - again not Richard’s fault for not trying as he caters for those with large portfolios to the beginner. Hopefully the member group doesn’t get too large where the 1:1 interaction gets lost or becomes too generic. Otherwise I think a great course, Richard is open to questions and is willing to guide.

Richard and his team , have been invaluable, in learning and gaining knowledge for property investing. The program takes you from understanding yourself and progressing onto the property investing world. Highly recommended. I have gained so much from Richard. I'd highly recommend to anyone who is willing to put the effort in.

Richard has been a great property advisor to me since taking on his course , which compared to other property seminars, are well worth the money investing in his course . Just within 6 months, through his guidance and advice (obviously we need to do our own due diligence too :-) I managed to purchase a property via auction , refurbish and rent it out , earning a ROI of over 36%!. One of the main reasons why I took on the course with him is his down to earth and humble attitude towards all questions posed to him. He genuinely wants to help people to succeed in property investment and achieve their desired ambitions. So do not have reservations / hesitate to go with him ( I did initially as with to all property advisors). He has done it and been there and will show you (including providing you evidence of the properties he owned!) the rope on how to do it and you will also get a 12 months coaching from him by enrolling yourself into his course . Now that is something other property tycoons will not offer you!
