Richard has organised this course to the finest detail, everything you need to be successful is provided and there is ongoing support after the training. Well worth the effort.

I joined Richard’s programme a little over two years ago and am now on my 5th property all from using the detailed spreadsheets and buying tools given when doing the course . I am now part of a community with an option to join a call twice a week , unfortunately I’m not able to participate as much as I’d like but I’ve jumped on a couple and literally got one to one support for over 45 mins each time . Richard’s really switched on and so knowledgeable within this field . My wife has also gone through the course and taking an active role in our business with confidence because of this .

Really enjoying the course and importantly learning the foundational skills needed to succeed in property investment. This is what really separates Richard from the other property experts, he gets you to think about the mindset and why you need to change and how. Whenever I have my 1 to 1 with Richard, he is very generous with his time and genuinely care about his client success. I highly recommend this course.

I've signed up for Rich's course and been a part of the community since January, the course is really well structured, the information is valid and great and apart from one's own inner motivation and drive, this is all you'd need to succeed in the property investing, you have the blueprint available and a community that's ready to support you every step of the way, with information, with advice, or even partnering. Apart from Rich there a quite a few other successful property entrepreneurs in the community, so it always helps to have people to confide with.

I have been on the course since January 2023 and was about to have my first deal within the first 4 months of joining. Unfortunately the buyer has pulled out but Richard teaches you to keep your deal pipeline full so I am now to my next one! You get wealth of knowledge, and the support is great! You get 4 hours worth of calls per week! There is really no reason for you not making it in property if you join this course.

The wealth of knowledge and resources available in this course is wonderful. Not to mention the 1-2-1 support available and twice weekly Q&A sessions.
The only thing I would ask for is unlimited access to the material, not just for 12 months.

Joining property consulting as a complete novice is one of the best decision I ever made. The information both in the course and in the collab calls is phenomenal. As long as you are willing to work hard, are looking for practical information and a pool of knowledge in property investment that will give you confidence and expertise to venture into property, this is a great place to be. It is certainly not for those seeking "some get rich quick scheme".

I started working with Richard 3 Years ago when I joined the Financial Freedom Programme.
The training is well written and easy to follow.
The content gives you enough info to build your knowledge in bite size chunks. There are also templates available so the effort to get on your journey is reduced.
I often attend Richard co lab calls which are extremely helping when you you hit times of uncertainly. Richards knowledge and support is exceptional. There's never been a question he can't address.

The Property Investors Accelerator programme has been a real catalyst in allowing me to start my property business. It has given me the tools and knowledge to analyse and locate great property purchases which are proving to be a great foundation for my business. The support received within the programme has been fantastic and the community are very positive in encouraging each other. I just wish that I had this available 10 or 15 years ago.

Im not in the habit of leaving reviews from products and services that i buy, but i feel the need to share that Richard and his company delivers.
They do what they say and have made huge efforts to set up this program so that you each person of this tribe can acheive finacial independence through property for most in under 5 years.
Every circumstance is diffrent and they dont work miracles they guide and show you how to work, to achieve your goals with constant support.
I am still early days in my journey (6months) but have found my btl investment area, set up my team and now am picking out properties to give me a strong return per annum.
If your lucky to get into the community my advice is not to hesitate.
