After extensive research and discussions with numerous providers, Richard stood out as the perfect match for me. I signed up to the programme at the start of April after stumbling across a promotional video mindlessly scrolling YouTube whilst on holiday. The video explained how I could become a successful property investor and create financial freedom which sounded pretty good. The timing couldn't of been better as I was with my family on holiday, away from my corporate job and it gave me a view of how my life could look if I had complete financial freedom and didn't need to rely on my day job to sustain my life.
The programme so far has been amazing and has certainly surpassed expectation - the training videos and action items provide all the tools from learning to adopt a new winning mindset to proven strategies and business systems to create a successful property portfolio. All I need to do is show up and put in the work!
The cherry on the cake is the twice weekly masterclass collab calls where Rich and the the wider community provide valuable information on a wide array of topics, plus answers to questions which come up along the way.
The only caveat is you need to put in the work, they provide all the tools and systems to succeed but there are lots of sacrifices I've had to make to dedicate time and effort to this, and essentially go all in.
Would throughly recommend to anyone looking to learn about property investing and create a road to becoming financially free.

I would recommend Richard Norris at Property Consulting to anyone thinking about expanding their portfolio or even if you haven't any properties yet but are interested in investing in property. The training program is excellent and is set out step by step and you follow at your own pace. You can have collab calls with Rich and other members twice a week, which are invaluable. I was stuck not knowing what to do with my property for a year and am so glad I found Rich. After discussing my situation with him, he has helped me put a plan together which I am really excited about. He is a very genuine, patient, down to earth guy and nothing is too much trouble. If you are in two minds like I was, just do it, honestly you will not regret it!

I started the course with the aim of gaining investment education to assist me to build a portfolio and also expand knowledge of buy to let investment/property market being a mortgage advisor, primarily residential based! The course has unexpected gems in the form of initial mindset module which is essential for starting on your journey.

The course content structure is great as you can work at your own pace and plan around your daily life. Course content in conjunction with the regular collaboration calls works perfectly as you can bounce off the community and assist each other on your investment journey. Due to the spectrum of members from high net worth expert developers to complete beginners no matter your level you can work with each others experience to help grow!

For me personally the course has been tenfold, meeting great people, gaining required education to helping me build my business and property portfolio in the right way without guess work!

You don't know what you don't know so cant recommend highly enough and thank you to Richard, the team and all members of the course!

This online training with open online discussion forum targeting both experienced and new property investors is quite refreshing. There are plenty of supporting collaterals to view and download backed with frequent virtual group meetings as well as periodic 1:1 virtual mentoring sessions (if subscribed to this part). Like all trainings (property focused or otherwise), you get what you put into it, so if you are a positive minded, active individual that takes frequent action and is prepared to network within the group, then you will get positive results. The only slight downside is that sometimes the topics covered in the informal (twice-weekly) network meetings can sometimes be dominated by the most active and vocal attendees, so like I say it's important
for subscribers to be active and take frequent action!

I have been very pleasantly surprised by the training course. I'll admit i was a bit apprehensive as you never really know what it's like until you've paid the money and are inside. This has great material/course work, tutorials going over in detail the process from start to finish. Literally everything you need. Furthermore, it wasn't just a course but there are twice every week 2hr group calls to go over any questions you have and also you are able to listen to other peoples's questions and learn from their experiences. The Skool group where the courses are, is also where you can communicate with other members and ask questions to them as well to get their help with recommendations. This is much more active than i expected. If you go for the higher level you get 1on1 sessions with Rich. This is all going to sound as if I'm getting paid to write this but Rich is generous with his time and experience/knowledge for whatever stage people are at (am constantly surprised with his knowledge at even the most esoteric questions). Since joining 3 months ago, i have bought 5 social housing units, provided 3 bridge loans, i have restructured my BTLs and he has also helped with financial structuring of my company to be more efficient from a tax perspective. What are the negatives? Price is a consideration but i will be making it back within a couple months thanks to the help provided. There are areas of property that are not covered such as ground up development. You can ask for what is covered in your first call. No surprise, I can safely recommend joining the programme. It's been a huge help to me personally and gave me the education, direction, guidance and necessary reality/sanity checks to move forward in the space.
