Purchased a lawnmower through eBay. It stated 24 month warranty however it sized solid after 6 months, oil level good only used 3 times. It was noisy and vibrated from day 1 contacted when first purchased and they said they are all checked and it would be because its new or because the fuel is dirty ( which it wasn’t ) so continued to use on there advise. Emailed them numerous times both directly and through eBay and PayPal, also tried to call them numerous times, phone rings a couple of times and goes dead. So now have a £250 odd lawnmower that’s dead. Have just started a small claims case against them. Avoid at all costs most complaints are regarding complete lack of after sales support

Found the right tyre, at the best price and delivered within 2 days. The delivery date was not advertised at time of purchase and so I accepted it may take a while to deliver, but not the case! Very pleased.

Faulty Product and Unacceptable Customer Service

My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I purchased a replacement strimmer head, but the item I received was defective. It did not fit properly; it was too tight on the shaft and would not spin freely as it should. I even had to resort to using pliers to force it onto the strimmer, which is a clear sign that the part was faulty and not fit for purpose.

I returned the item, explaining the issue in detail, but they only issued a partial refund. When I questioned this, they told me there was "nothing wrong with it," which felt like they were just fobbing me off. This is unacceptable. I'm left with a loss of time and money, and I cannot recommend this seller.

DO NOT BUY A ROCWOOD MIXER. The quality of this mixer is absyml – this is not fit for purpose. The weld has on the control wheel as broken twice, instantly, with no use. THE MOTOR bogs down after 2 buckets of sand. This item is useless.

The safety trousers with bib were of excellent quality and value for money. Many layers of protection which could be quite warm to wear in hot weather though. However, that is to be expected if they are fit for purpose when you are chainsawing tree branches ! Definately recommend.
