Delivery all fine, but product was disappointing. Instructions difficult to follow, missing hardware which I had to buy separately at a cost. Drum sits directly on support frame with no bearings or protection, which means each time the drum is tilted the frame removes paint which inevitably will lead to rust; not sure if this is the design or due to more missing parts.

No idea on product as still hasn’t arrived . Although probably down to the carrier being impossible to contact .

I’m going to summarise my review as ‘good’

I bought a reconditioned unit from rocwood direct. It arrived and sadly the pump was cracked.

Within a week I got a replacement and I had it fitted, the pump appeared to work just fine so that was resolved nicely and easy

Sadly the gun hosepipe that connects to the machine blew straight off the pump after about 5 mins of usage , I’m not sure at all why, it seemed solid on delivery but clear to me the item was perhaps faulty and couldn’t take the pressure going through it.

I raised a concern but kind of told it’s my fault , this is my 3rd petrol pressure washer and I’m a confident user. I’ve had no issues with the previous 2 over the years I’ve had them , it just seems I’ve been unlucky with this unit! Luckily for me as I’ve had other units I have a spare, which is old but hopefully will hold out!

I wouldn’t recommend buying a reconditioned unit at this time given my experience, it’s the first time I’ve done it and probably won’t again. That said it might all just be bad luck. 🍀

Very very fast delivery - ordered a pressure washer Friday afternoon, dispatched within an hour and was delivered 9am Monday!

I recently bought a refurbished electric jockey wheel direct from Rocwood. I am a new trailer owner and was looking for something that would help me manoeuvre it by myself when I needed to.

Before purchasing, I sent the company a few questions via Facebook to make sure it would be suitable for my needs. My trailer has a low profile and a tall tongue, so it has been difficult finding products that fit. I received swift replies to my queries, and I managed to get the product set up for use fairly easily.

The built-on bracket has multiple fixing heights, which allows the product to accommodate various tongue heights, and I was so pleased to find that it fit on my trailer. The only issue is I needed to raise the tongue quite a bit to mount the actual unit, and I did this using the existing trailer jockey wheel. After the electric unit was mounted, I then raised the standard jockey wheel so the electric unit took all of the weight.

I was pretty impressed to find that the unit performed well on rocky soil, and it also worked great when I used it to position my trailer on grass at an event. It did get stuck at one point on the rocky soil, as there was a loose rock under the wheel, so at this point I had to grab some manpower to give it an extra push out of that area.

I purchased a jump start kit to power the unit, and this has also worked well, though if I spend too long going back and forth, the jump start kit cuts out for a few minutes, and I have to wait to finish the manoeuvre. I do have a leisure battery, but it's mounted in a box with 8 mm ring ports so I am unable to use it with this unit (the battery cable has 6 mm O-rings I believe).

Overall, I am really pleased with my purchase, and I hope I am able to keep it for long-term use. If I do have any issues, I feel confident that Rocwood customer service will do their best to assist.

Trailer - 750kg unladen

Got a petrol operated pressure washer, mu brother lost the ignition key, contact Rocwood and they suppory spares! Lifesavers

Unfortunately I have to start leaving bad reviews for this company. I purchased a yellow jetwash from them. It immediately started leaking oil. Emailed AC and a response was they'd collect. 6 months went by with the jetwash all boxed up in the carport but no collection made. Emailed again for them to say it'll be collected. Its still in the same place and now they've told me to post it at my expense. The customer service is bad, no follow ups and just ignore customers. Sending faulty items out isnt the way to stay in business but seems others have had the same issues from reading reviews. Avoid buying from them.

Shame we have to resort in leaving a negative review for this company.

Machine arrived damaged. Finally agreed to a small rebate which was fair. Lance spray lance then failed. Agered to send replacement.
Bearing in mind the low cost and the company's willingness to put it right, I am reasonably content. You do indeed get what you pay for.

Great customer service, quick replies and had my issue sorted very quickly.

Really very disappointed with this company. Bought a new petrol lawnmower direct from them, £246. It arrived with a dent in the top handle and 2 tears into the foam handle covering. Emailed them with photos, was initially offered £10 (!), then this was raised to £15 in a take it or leave it manner. They are banking that no one wants the faff of returning a lawnmower even if the P&P will be paid. Paying a decent sum for a lawnmower, it’s not unreasonable to expect for it to arrive in good nick. There is no phone number you can ring, not even a name on the email (just initials) - the whole experience has completely put me off. I will never use them again and my advice to others is to avoid this company!

Had a nightmare with Rocwood through eBay. I bought a petrol pressure washer and came with a broken lance but faulty machine. When I complained they not only dragged it out but tried to blame me and treated like an idiot. I had to get eBay to fight my side because they wouldn’t refund me my money.

Petrol mower only bought 6th march 2024 16 months old and leaking petrol everywhere, rang telephone number no reply at all, there’s an old saying “you only get what you pay for” that is so true. Will not be purchasing again!

I purchased the electric start peteol pressure washer and was very pleased with the build and quality, first test run, the pressure washer great starting was brilliant, but the engine cut out after 2 minutes, I contacted RocwooD and discussed with them what I felt was the issue, fuel starvation, without any hassle they sent a new carb prompt.
I fitted the carb and the machine performs brilliantly without any issue.
Problems can arise with products but it is how you deal with them.

Certainly buy RocwooD again.

Bought May 2024 and spray gun developed a fault on first use, contacted Rocwood and they were good enough to send a replacement.

Next use was May 2025 (annual driveway clean) and the replacement spray gun developed a fault. Contacted Rocwood and they asked for video evidence of the fault which I supplied.

Next day they informed me that the pressure washer was out of warranty and they couldn't supply a replacement.

It seems clear to me that the spray guns supplied are of poor quality.

This is a company I will not use again.

Bought a petrol jetwash, wrong one sent & didn’t work, sent it back but no refund & they don’t reply to my emails, avoid this company.

I will never buy from this company again. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They simply do not care about their customers and just fob you off with stupid excuses. I strongly advise others not to buy from them until they wake up and start treating customers decently

Re the response I received today, 18 days later.
Whoever wrote the reply tells me to email Rocwood BUT I tried that a number of times and got absolutely nowhere.
In fact the ‘delightful’ Customer service agent, Trinity instructed me to not bother her again.
