I unfortunately had an issue with my air compressor where someone broke off an air filter on the side of the machine.

I emailed in not expecting much but was contacted within a few hours and had a good conversation with their support team about what part I needed, as well as help regarding a potential fix in the mean time.

They were able to dispatch the spare parts needed almost immediately with a 48hr expected delivery time.

Horrible experience with this company. Bought a petrol pressure washer last year but it never started reliably, so I left it in my shed as my son was having health issues and was admitted to hospital. Contacted the company recently and they refused to help

Bought a Rocwood a few weeks ago,after putting it together carefully ,filling it up with new petrol and oil it refused to start.I contacted Rocwood and asked to return it .
After a couple of weeks later I told them I would like a refund as I decided to buy a better mower eles where.

My emails started to get ignored and after many days of sending emails I finally got a reply.

Yesterday they came back and said I must of filled it up with diesel and damaged the engine .haaa how ridiculous. We have another lawn mower running nicely off the same petrol .

There is some very sad reports off buyers ,has anyone ever had this one .

Just went through the payment process for a car trolley jack & a pair of axle stands from their website, trans ferred to the PayPal website to make the payment which all went through without problem but when I was transferred back to the Rocwood website I just find a spinning symbol & no recognition of my order no email confirmation. Worried my PayPal account has now been compromised - stay clear from this website if you have any sense. You have been warned!

Recently bought a replacement hose for my Rocwood pressure washer, only to have it split and spray high pressure water all over me! The hose had only been used twice for a maximum of 6 hours! I contacted Rocwood asking for a replacement to be sent out. They flatly refused with no explanation. Their hoses are expensive and not up to the task. They are very poor quality and I would not recommend.
Going elsewhere to find a replacement

Bought a jet washer with the 'TURBO NOZZLE' a month ago.The TURBO NOZZLE IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
Only used it for 3 short washes on my patio and the hose has split.This company is now saying i have 'Melted' the hose and its my problem?.
The petrol pressure washer jumps all over the place when its running & the hoses bend & kink etc.They are suggesting you need a banksman to man the pressures washer hose when you are using it as the hoses are too brittle and not fit for purpose.They also sent me a link to buy one off them for £31!
****DONT BOTHER YOU CAN GET A BETTER HOSE FROM EBAY FOR UNDER HALF THE PRICE!***
Looking at past reviews on here others have also had the same problem....Dodging warranty claims on the hoses.Wish id have checked here first

The pressure washer arrived on time and works extremely well. Good price. There was a broken clip which was replaced by return so very good customer service

Amazing & so help full, i have one of there pressure washers its a great machine and needed a couple of parts for this, i emailed the company of what i needed and they arrived a couple of days later, all communication was done via email and all of my questions were answered promptly, what great customer service i had from them, well done!! Thank you

Excellent machine sadly my pump had a slight issue , purchased a replacement which I thought would be covered under warranty, but because I couldn't be bothered sending the machine back and fourth , I just purchased another , customer services were spot on helping me throughout it all so thank you

Very powerful pressure washer
Used to blast paint from exterior brick work.
After brushing with paint stripper, a quick blast with this pressure washer and the brick was restored back to its original condition

Purchased a petrol pressure washer approximately 6 months ago I went to use it in January 2025 and when I started it ,it leaked out oil I contacted Rockwood and sent it back under warranty they told me it had been tampered with and they are not going to honour the warranty ,this is a total scam I’ve told them the machine has not been touched in any way but they insist it has . I understand from reading there reviews this has happened previously to customers. Their customer service is appalling and take forever to respond if at all. Please be warned they are happy to take your money but offer no customer support. I am not in the the process of taking legal action.

I purchased a petrol pressure washer of rocwood in may really good for money, excellent customer service my lance had a little leak wrote to them got bk to me with in 24 hours and sent a replacement straight away great customer service and quick response will defo recommend them

Outstanding service from Rocwood yet again.

Have contacted them on various occasions for advice and spare parts and they have always delivered.

Good email response time normally in 24hrs and always have the items I needed in stock so no waiting around for weeks.

I recently came across Rockwood.co.uk with the intention of making a purchase, but after reading multiple customer reviews, I am now thoroughly hesitant to do business with them.

What particularly stood out—and ultimately convinced me to avoid this company—was the way they handled a complaint regarding a faulty item. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a resolution, they seemed to shift the blame onto the customer. This type of response not only reflects poor customer service but also a lack of accountability. Customers deserve to feel supported when they encounter issues with products, especially when the problem is clearly with the item itself, not with how it was used.

From the way they handled the situation, it’s clear that customer satisfaction isn't a top priority for Rockwood.co.uk. Communication seemed defensive and unhelpful, rather than empathetic or solution-oriented.

In today’s competitive market, customer service is just as important as the quality of the products being sold. If a company cannot address issues transparently and professionally, it raises concerns about how they might treat future interactions. Unfortunately, after reading this interaction, I will be looking elsewhere for my purchases.

I hope Rockwood.co.uk can take this feedback to heart and improve their customer service approach, as it’s ultimately the experience that keeps people coming back—or drives them away.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! 21st century website 18th century customer service.

Family ran company treading water. 0/5 for customer service, 0/5 for build quality of machines, 0/5 integrity, I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. The best thing you can do is find a different company and product. Hyundai offer something much better for not much more. I bought a pressure washer in March by June after using it twice the petrol tank sheared off and the engine seized a week later. Rocwood refused to honour the 1 year warranty and decided to blame me for the fault. Bit of back and forth and they just ignored me from then on. I had to take them to small claims court where a CCJ was put them to pay me my refund for the faulty machines.
I wish I had seen the reviews on B&Q and Amazon who have both got their products are 3 star yet on their website there are dozens of 5 star reviews but no way to validate the reviews by clicking on them as they're not hyperlinked. The Griffiths need to address some serious issues with their company, products, customer journey and more importantly their egos.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. You will regret using Rocwood.

Just a follow up on rocwoods reply ? I cannot reply directly to the ridiculous reply they have created ?
Just for reference I wasn't in when they dropped the machine off so I didn't SEND my wife and baby out ( 6yrs old) and he never showed my wife the machine working he simply dropped the machine off at the bottom of my drive and knocked on the door to tell my wife where it was ( all on CCTV)

What a pathetic company too deal with they are full of lies to the customer and they simply don't meet the customer satisfaction from my experience with ROCWOOD !!
