I have a burst pipe in the rental property as we speak and have landlord insurance. They’ve promised an engineer and to deliver water to the flat as water supply has been shut and it has been 24 hours with no response from the company. I’ve tried to speak with them multiple times and even though they have processed my excess payment, no engineer has been sent in the first 24 hours. USELESS emergency service and Useless customer support ! Avoid and don’t waste your money !!!

Spent over £1k in cover Pointless
Had a policy with them for 3 household appliances since 2020 took it out for my disabled father five years ago.
Being over 80 when taken out didnt expect to be told they need the original receipts to proceed with any claim. The have received over +£1k in money and the policy is basically inactive. They can work out the age of any appliance if they wanted to but they dont as they dont ask for proof of purchase at point of sale. The sell the service and then withdraw cover.
Dodgy outfit.
