Had to return an item
Had to return an item, they were so helpful. I also purchased a kettle and toaster which I love! Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Poor warranty
Contacted customer service to claim a warranty on scales that are not working and have twice received a generic response to try changing the batteries etc which I have already advised that I have done. It looks like they are looking for excuses to not honour the warranty.

I bought the reto sage kettle and…
I bought the reto sage kettle and toaster had them less than 2 weeks and we had a kitchen fire through no fault of our own and lost everything. I phoned salter and because I had proof of the burnt out kitchen salter replaced my items this they didn't have to do what an amazing company a
