It does what was described. This electric hand blender saved time because it is powerful. The company's services were good as they replied fully to my questions before my purchase.

Gréât product

We had a slight fault with our toaster and after emailing Salter, they were very helpful and replaced the item. Within a week we had received it and all the time had updates from Salter telling us it had been dispatched and even heard from them once it had been delivered.
Faults happen in electrical appliances, none of which was their fault but it was rectified immediately. This will not stop us from buying from them in the future.
This is a great company and I would recommend them.

Bought a Salter pan to keep for when my new induction hob would be up and running. However it doesn’t work on induction although it clearly states below that it does. Contacted Salter and they won’t help as they told me to return it to the store. I didn’t keep the receipt as I didn’t envisage any issue as it’s not an electrical product. So I ended up wasting my money. Salter should at least have arranged to collect the product for examination but they don’t seem to care. Dreadful company.

I had originally sent an email because it was a Saturday but then tried the online chat on Monday morning. I was helped immediately on the online chat, only took about 5 minutes to get to the bottom of the issue. I then also received an email in response to the one I sent on Saturday later on Monday morning, I've never had an enquiry to a company replied to so quickly before! I especially appreciate it as we move house in a couple of days and needed it resolved asap. I would 100% recommend Salter based on their customer service alone, it's a bonus that their products are great!

Arrived very quickly but was disappointing that the unit was incomplete - it would have been useful to know when purchasing that the inner part was sold separately

It was easy to order online and my toaster and kettle arrived in a very timely manner. They look lovely in my kitchen and both work as expected.

the scales arrived promptly and are working well.
we are pleased with the smaller scales as they were needed for bread making. would recommend for anyone looking to measure smaller amounts, the regular scales are not accurate enough.

This was a replacement for a much more expensive competitor and I am so impressed. It's a fraction of the price but performs equally well but with more choice of usage.
It's also easier to clean.
I highly recommend it.

The scales did not work on arrival. The chat bot is the worst and I can’t work out how to return them. Really frustrating experience. Boo.
