Onboarding & Cash Transaction Detail
The onboarding took over a month although I had the documents submitted.
Once I was online I could see that the incoming cash transactions would not show the sender or the sender's account number or bank. I think this is very poor for the real time transactions and should be standard (it is in all the competing online banks).

thank you for your review. We regret that you had an unsatisfactory experience. Due to an increased volume, there may unfortunately be delays in processing inquiries at the moment. Our customer service team will process requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. As deposits and withdrawals can only be made from your own designated account, there is no need to specify the sender or the bank. Also we already offer some real-time transfers. Transfers between clearing accounts (internal transfers) take place in real time between Scalable accounts. The same applies to deposits. Withdrawals to your designated account usually take one to two banking days.

Die Registrierung geht super schnell und es ist sehr einfach durch die App zu navigieren.
Die Interaktionen sind einfach gestaltet und funktionieren auch ohne große Vorkenntnisse des Finanzmarktes sehr gut.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe mithilfe der App einen perfekten Einstieg in den Finanzmarkt gefunden.

Leider nur zwei Sterne Bewertung. Für langfristige Investition mit 2,5 Prozent Tagesgeld vielleicht gut. Leider sind viele ETF und Aktien mit Gebühren. Als klein Anleger verlieren sie ihr Geld. Ein Portfolio auf zu bauen ist sehr mühsam und langfristig. Die Gebühren tilgen viele Gewinne.

In unserem Free Broker fallen für Sparpläne auf Aktien, ETFs und sonstige börsengehandelte Produkte (ETP) sowie Käufe ab 250 € Ordervolumen in allen Produkten unserer PRIME Partner Amundi, iShares, Vanguard und Xtrackers keine Ordergebühren via European Investor Exchange und gettex an. Für alle sonstigen Trades fallen Ordergebühren von 0,99 € an. Für Verkäufe von PRIME ETFs fallen im FREE Broker Gebühren von 0,99 € an. Solltest du Fragen dazu haben, wende dich gerne an unseren Kundenservice.

Seit Scalable zusammen mit der…
Seit Scalable zusammen mit der Deutschen Bank das Tagesgeldkonto eingeführt hat, gibt es Probleme mit den Sparplänen aufgrund des Zinsangebots: Broker = 0%, Tagesgeld = 2,5%.
Der kluge Investor schichtet sein Barguthaben daher selbstverständlich auf das Tagesgeldkonto um. Nun aber sind die Sparpläne notleidend, die vorher aus dem Guthaben des Brokerkonto (mit Zinsen) bedient wurden, zwangsläufig werden die Investitionsbeträge vom Girokonto abgebucht, mit negativen Folgen für die Lequiditätsplanung des Girokonto.
M.M.n. ist Scalable dringend anzuraten, auch das Tagesgeldkonto für die finanzielle Bedienung der Sparpläne als Option anzubieten!

Gekaufte Bewertungen?
Beim Lesen der Kundenbewertungen fällt auf, dass (Stand 2.6.2026) die Bewertungen "vor 4 Tagen" fast alle positiv mit 4 und 5 Sternen bewertet wurden und die dazugehörigen Texte nur aus wenigen Worten bestehen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Wortwahl sich bei einer Reihe von Bewertungen sehr ähnelt. Halt wie automatisiert. Ich habe an diesem Tag "vor 4 Tagen" allein 22 verdächtige Bewertungen gezählt. Alle stammen von einem einzigen Tag. Hier kommt der Verdacht auf, dass diese Bewertungen gekauft wurden. Warum Trustpilot hier nicht eingreift, ist ein Rätsel.

schade, dass du uns keine Rückmeldung zu deiner Erfahrung mit unserem Produkt gegeben hast, die würde uns sehr interessieren.
Bezüglich der Bewertungen können wir aber gerne etwas Licht ins Dunkel bringen: immer wieder fordern wir unsere Kundschaft mit einem großen Aufruf auf, uns zu bewerten. Dadurch erhöht sich das Volumen unserer Bewertungen natürlich schlagartig, was auch dazu führt, dass viele Kundinnen und Kunden ihre positiven Erfahrungen mit uns teilen. Allerdings können sie genauso ihre Unzufriedenheit mitteilen - da gibt es keine Einschränkung. Tatsächlich verhält es sich mit Reviews eben oft so, dass Menschen hauptsächlich dann Bewertungen schreiben, wenn sie unzufrieden sind - vielleicht kennst du das ja auch selbst. Mit dem Aufruf an so viele Menschen erhöht sich eben auch die Chance, dass zufriedene Kundschaft ihre Meinung mitteilt. Dass sich Formulierungen doppeln können, liegt hauptsächlich einfach daran, dass die meisten Menschen nicht unbedingt einen Roman für eine gute Bewertung schreiben wollen und sich kurz fassen.
Bewertungen werden von uns zu keiner Zeit gekauft und wir arbeiten natürlich eng mit Trustpilot zusammen - ein "Eingreifen" ist hier also absolut unnötig.
Wir danken dir aber für deine Aufmerksamkeit und teilen dein Bedürfnis nach authentischen Bewertungen.
Wir würden uns darüber hinaus auch freuen, wenn du uns noch deine Bewertung zu unserem Produkt oder Service zukommen lassen möchtest.

Assistenza clienti peggiorata e scadente
Mi ha dato soddisfazioni per semplicità d'uso e commissioni molto economiche ma da un po' di tempo mi fa disperare l'assistenza clienti veramente assurda con IA che non fa altro che fare copia incolla delle FAQ. Non serve a niente ad avere questo tipo di assistenza. Non volete più fare chat perche vi obbligano a mettere più personale mi sta bene ma almeno ripristinate l'invio di un messaggio da app per contattarvi direttamente ..È veramente difficile avere risposte da voi.

Scalable Capital è anche una banca dove…
Scalable Capital è anche una banca dove si può aprire un conto deposito non vincolato con interesse competitivo accreditato ogni mese. Questo broker è sempre in via di evoluzione ci sono tantissimi prodotti e strumenti per andare short e long e costi per le commissioni veramente accessibili anche per il servizio clienti per le poche volte che ne ho avuto bisogno sempre pronti a risolvere i problemi. Non ho dato 5 stelle per il solo motivo che non hanno il regime amministrativo per la dichiarazione dei redditi ma so che ci stanno lavorando.
