Messaged seascanner today, Saturday lunchtime as we are going on a cruise at the end of November and wanted to link our cruise with our friends that are also booked so we can have our set dining sitting together as a table of four sent an enquiry and received a reply the same evening to say all sorted brilliant service thank you.

Initial booking process was straightforward. When we needed to change the booking Erin in Customer Service was extremely helpful. Very easy company to deal with.

I found out myself my cruise had been cancelled due to change of ittenary. I am disappointed with the fact I have to wait for my refund which states 6.8 weeks this is terrible customer service

Naomi was helpful, professional and very empathic. I had to rearrange my booking because of a disability. This turned out to be a lot easier than anticipated. Naomi was very understanding and found a fantastic solution to the problem. What a star!

You should send confirmation emails when you say you will, very frustrating. I will now need to call you again regarding assisted airport instructions.

Good site to use to get info on cruises along with competitive pricing

This is the first time I have used Seascanner. They had a fantastic rate on a last minute cruise.
Due to my own fault and distraction, I forgot to add a drinks package at the time of booking. I thought I could add later, but it was significantly more expensive that way.
I asked customer service if they could add it at the booking price. I didn’t hold out too much hope. To my surprise, Shannon responded to say that the cruise company had agreed to add it at that price. I paid the cost, and Shannon took care of the rest. She has been very responsive to my emails, and has made me feel at ease throughout the process.
