You should send confirmation emails when you say you will, very frustrating. I will now need to call you again regarding assisted airport instructions.

Sometimes you hear people saying they can’t get through on the phone to P&O or other cruise companies but I have had no problems at all. Emailed seascanner and they got back to me next day.

Good site to use to get info on cruises along with competitive pricing

This is the first time I have used Seascanner. They had a fantastic rate on a last minute cruise.
Due to my own fault and distraction, I forgot to add a drinks package at the time of booking. I thought I could add later, but it was significantly more expensive that way.
I asked customer service if they could add it at the booking price. I didn’t hold out too much hope. To my surprise, Shannon responded to say that the cruise company had agreed to add it at that price. I paid the cost, and Shannon took care of the rest. She has been very responsive to my emails, and has made me feel at ease throughout the process.

I recently booked a cruise through Seascanner and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Aimee. From start to finish, their customer service was nothing short of exceptional. My cruise was redeployed from the med to the canaries and was replaced by a ship 15 years older than my original ship . Having booked in yacht club this change of ship to me was a downgrade but as I was sailing on the 01/01/28 the nearest sailing was new years eve on a world class ship which the company wasn't willing to put me on but Erin managed to sort it out so I could get on the world class ship on my original sail date just from another port. I can't thank Erin enough for all that she did .

We booked a cruise for our family. However our daughter was offered a teaching degree course and could not make the dates we had booked. After contacting Royal Caribbean and Seascanner things looked bleak !
Step forward Aimee from Seascanner, she absolutely took charge of the situation and liased with Royal Caribbean on our behalf. She was patient,answering all our emails within minutes and kept us fully up to date.
Just 12 hours after first contacting her it was fully sorted, re booked and new details sent to us confirming everything.
An absolute pleasure to deal with someone who really cared, her professional approach was exemplary !!!
