Seascanner UK Opiniões

Good value site if you want to book a cruise and great after service once you have booked. Highly recommend and I will be using this site again. Thank you Shelley for all your support

Price on Seascanner was better than than booking directly with the cruise company. Online booking was clear and easy. Would definitely look at booking with Seascanner in the future.

Competative pricing and a clear booking process.

Easy to find who what when how got the booking done

Very helpful with sorting out the booking. Mitch went above and beyond to help.

One of the best price cruise company out there.

Very easy online booking, great prices too. Used this company many, many times.

Needed to add items to my booking, sent an email, response in time stated, spoke to a lovely person called Naomi, so helpful, she called me and all sorted in quick time. Would recommend.

Second time booking with Seascanner, both times we found exactly what we wanted at a lower price than booking direct. Would definitely use again.

Always quite a bit cheaper than other cruise booking companies. Srarted using them about 4 cruises ago! Easy to use, emails confirm everything and if any issues they get back to you via email pretty quick.

Easy booking experience

Booking was not straightforward
Communication was very poor

My experience was great, very easy to book and great pricing.
I’ve been onto customer service a few times and everything I asked was dealt with very efficiently and quickly.
Looking forward to my cruise and I loved the little titbits that I received from customer service to make my cruise memorable.

Booking was booked incorrectly by me contacted sea-scanner who put it all correct for me dealing with p & o so I now have a cruise suited to my requirements thank you sea-scanner

We made booking and paid in full really good price .only negative was they sent us out a reminder for full payment again after a few days saying if not paid cruise would be cancelled wevthen had to do a lot to see what was going on cant call them only thing you can do is mail them and about 5 days later they get back to you telling you not to worry everthing is paid in full and sorry for the worry that first mail had been sent

I had a teething problem booking my MSc cruise on the site and went onto a live chat session with Angelina who was very efficient in resolving the issue to allow me to complete my booking at a great discounted price.

Quick and easy booking, good offer

Overall easy booking on the website. Excellent competitive prices compared with similar cruise travel agents. A discount code is also a nice bonus. Only one small negative was when emailing to link bookings it took 7 days to respond but as the cruise was for next year it wasn't a problem and my request was fulfilled.

Naomi quickly replied and solved an online query with the cruise line.

Great deals that other companies don't tell you about, easy to book a cruise.

Simple booking process, Saved a few hundred pounds compared to booking direct and once I booked it transferred instantly to the cruise line so was exactly the same as booking direct but much cheaper, I was very impressed and will definitely book through sea scanner again
