I was highly intrigued when I first heard of secret shoppers because my wife and I consider our selfs foodies. However, you have to pay in order to use the service. And it takes 48 hours in order for you to receive a job each time. But for someone who is more patient than I am, I believe it would be great for them. I also decided to cancel and ask for a refund, and they were more than happy to help, which I am very appreciative of. Nothing is more annoying than a company who wants to hold on to your money even when you did not like the service.

This was a first time review with O. We enjoyed a super German Dining experience at a reduced rate due to the O refund[?]. I was disappointed that only three pics were allowed to be uploaded bc I took many more excellent shots that told a more complete story of Horst Gasthaus. Also the indicated gift card/coupon that O stated was available, was not.

I have just begun. I just received my sticker yesterday and have not put it on my car yet. So far communication is good except I didn't know how large it was and I am pretty sure it said we could put it in the lower corner of our window but it has to be right in the middle.

They are a scam I made more than 10 stores and they never paid me because they were all denied by the way they pay with gift cards which is a scam because if you do not consume a minimum you will not be able to use them. I lost more than 200 dollars with them in the annual membership and non-reimbursed purchases in stores I never recommended them and my bank returned my money so make claims to your bank and the bank will help you.

I would not recommend this Company at all unless you just want to use it for the gift cards. Now the gift cards does not equal free food. It gives you about $10, $15, $25 off but first you have to spend about $30, $50.
I signed up for my first restaurant. I spend about $45 for only $10 off for two people. Afterwards I submitted a detailed review with the photos that they require. My review was denied, and I was not paid. Their excuse was that I did not provide a detailed review about 5 paragraphs in length. Honestly considering the cost of gas, drive time, eating time, writing time, and photos time. $30 dollars is not worth the pay at all for all that, and then to have your review denied. So in the end you are making a company rich, and then you deal with a lame employee who wants to deny your review with no resubmission available. There's also a few days wait time after you pick a restaurant, and few days to wait after you submit your review. Total wait time is about 5-7 days. And then to have a jrk employee deny it in the end. Not worth making this company rich for such b.s. pay.

Well so far this is my first shop so it was easy, I have not been paid yet, So i am waiting on the review to get my pay

I was able to utilize the instructions to review the restaurant, however, I could not see my certificates that I selected on 23 January in my account on the website. Can't wait to review the restaurant that I was recently approved.

So far the experience has went well with sign up. Looking forward to actually experiencing the full process.

I was able to add restaurants that I like to the list of restaurants that are involved in this program. And that’s just one reason.

Following the steps is easy and I’m still waiting for my review if it’s approved or rejected. So far this company has been so generous and would love to work more in the future.

I love the fact that an Observati like platform is there for those who want to review restaurants and fine dining options. It is important for a locality to have its food cooked right and reviews only constructively improve experience. Certainly the places we like we want to see more of certain things and we can make suggestions. If we don’t like something we can also point it out so any restaurant can improve their experience. Taste matters. We all like to eat tasty food.

I had an issue but they responded within 24hrs. It’s not 5 stars because I’m still waiting for results on my first review.

I haven't yet submitted my first review., But so far my experience has been informative and pleasurable. Everything has been laid out clearly for me with no second guessing and easy to learn. I can tell just by this experience alone that I will enjoy being a part of this group.

I claimed a job but then my daughter and I both came down with Covid so I have not yet been able to go and get it

The system you have in place seems great I will just like to say that maybe the 78 hours of waiting for a review to be accepted maybe a little harsh, I will think maybe go down to 48 hours if you are able to do.
