Very good software when logging in and two stage security that should be a normal for all banks ! Excellent alternative accounts that can be accessed if required at some point in the future .

I contacted Secure Trust Bank on two occasions recently and in both instances the staff I spoke to were very helpful and what they undertook to do was done so the 5 stars apply to them. Regarding the renewal system by the time I got options to chose from by email was less than than the minimum 14 days - by the time the email arrived at 10: 22 pm on the previous 14th day it was too late for any action - my suggestion is that the options should be sent at least 3 weeks before the renewal date, a normal practice for some banks, otherwise one is inclined to apply elsewhere.

The person who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and explained thing very well

It would help if An interest statement could be automatically send at the end of the tax year.

Trust Bank were good to their word. When my 2 year ISA was due, the money was in the bank on the day promptly. I cannot fault them. I shall certainly use them again.

I was having trouble logging in to a new phone.
The staff were extremely helpful and patient with me in trying to resolve the problem.

Secure Trust Bank do offer very competitive interest rates on their savings - which sometimes are the best available at that particular time. Easy to use website and App. Would recommend.
