Secure Trust Bank do offer very competitive interest rates on their savings - which sometimes are the best available at that particular time. Easy to use website and App. Would recommend.

Although I was moving an ISA to another provider on this occassion it was no problem whatsoever. The customer service was excellent. The person I spoke to was courteous, very helpful and gave me constructive advice. I have used Secure Trust Bank for some years now and have no doubt I will continue to do so.

Recommended by MSE website, I needed a savings account that was easy access and didn’t charge for withdrawals either. They also pay interest at a flat 4.13% rate. Whilst you can get higher, the higher rates are not much better and usually only last for 6-12 months.

A good rate for saving while it lasted. Unfortuantely the renewal rate could be bettered so we switched.
EXCELLENT transfer of our ISA to new provider - seamless.
Would definitely use again if the rates were right.
