They have a habit of starting new savings products paying better interest. But they hope a lot of customers don't notice. Thus leaving their money in poorly paying accounts. Other than that not a bad company. Useful that they do telephone banking

Easy to get access to funds via the app. Initial good interest rates tailed off a bit.

Since I've been depositing with Secure Trust their instant access interest rates have generally been very good/competitive. However, on two occasions they introduced better offerings and as an existing customer wasn't advised, so for a few weeks I missed out until I realised. I don't think that is good at all and have informed Secure Trust accordingly and wait to see if they change their ways.

Overall, I like to deposit with Secure Trust but suggest to all of their depositors, and prospective ones, to keep an eye on their website for the introduction of similar accounts that pay more. I've found it easy to transfer internally to a better-paying similar account but think I shouldn't have to and if Secure Trust valued their depositors properly you'd think they wouldn't want them to miss out which, actually, is treating them badly.

Not the best rates and have to wait for the close of business the following day to receive it. This for less than £200. The bank I use now have better rates and I can withdraw £1000s of pounds in less than an hour.

It was not very clear about the interest I needed to have been paid into my nominated account. Instead of all the interest, I only had the interest for the year paid. It should be made clear

Easy to deal with via the simple app.
Very quick transfers, both in and out of the account and generally good interest rates.
However, my only gripe would be that, as the interest rates drop on your savings account, they do not let you know that they have newer versions of the account that pay better rates. You have to find that out yourself 🙁
