Had a strange thing happen while cleaning the top lense, it slightly pushed in, didn't expect warranty to cover it but they did with no hassle and quick service. Started off with a random question to see if it was fixable, sent it in, got a new one. What more can you ask for.
Had a query regarding delivery of my order. They returned my email with an answer within a few hours. Impressive.
3stars due to being persistent in asking for proof of purchase which I did not have as the watch was a gift. Had to ask purchasing family member to look for a receipt that was 8 months old, she was not happy at that request.
I had to resort to looking up customers rights if product is faulty, manufacturers responsibility’s etc. asked for various company policies to review. It was clearly a Shotscope product which failed for whatever reason, I should not have to resort to this level of communication, I asked for a sensible and responsible outcome to resolve this silly battle of words.
Shotscope did mention they have scammers and people trying to fool them into a new product. Shot scope did resolve the matter and sent a replacement after I sent proof of postage for the faulty item.
Eventually got a proper result and fair outcome, I thank Shotscope for eventually seeing reason over this.
I sent photos of item and this with the original packaging should have been enough to show them it was a Shotscope product and ad it was gift we should not have had those challenging conversations. I was really annoyed at breing asked for something I couldn’t get.
It all ended well and on good terms, Oh, the V5 watch is an awesome product and customer service needs to be less challenging when faced with a different situation,
Will I by Shotscope products shy, yes I will and hope the customer service experience if needed is more subtle in its response.

My problem was a watch v3 that stopped seeingthe tags. I had mail exchanges with Andy the same day as I filed the request for help. He helped to analyse the situation, but unfortunately nothing could be done. The watch was 5 years old and water had penetrated it.
As a whole the products work great. I have been tracking my game for 3 years now. They have been continuing to improve the product. I returned the recent h50 handheld after trying it out. It did not do as much as I needed/hoped for but the it worked very well. The no subscription is makes this even a better product. The return was seamless and easy.
First class service - problem quickly diagnosed and replacement part shipped immediately - all fixed now. Many thanks Shot Scope and Cameron
Superb support and customer service provided. My cable had stopped working on my shot scope V5, immediate response and when no solution was found they kindly sent a replacement cable 👏👏👏👏 top drawer 👏👏

Amazing customer service - friendly and professional. Just received X5 Watch and can’t wait to use it on the course!
My golf course has recently changed its layout and the team at Shotscope have been excellent in trying rectify the GPS issues with so my watch is accurate to the course. Excellent after sales team. A special mention for Cameron who has gone above and beyond to solve issues with GPS and course mapping.
Answered my questions in a quick and timely manner.
In dealing with a GPS connection issue, the response time and replacement was first class.
I was helped through the Bluetooth process and the app to store my practice data.
The documentation was confusing for me.
I am a new customer and the shot scope support team has always quickly responded and given me professional, consistent and courteous assistance!
I sent an email to the support address and had an answer to my question within twelve hours, so I recommend the company, not only for its products, but for the customer care services.
Support investigated the issue speedily and informed me of the next steps they were taking to fix the issue
I adore my shottracking watch from shotscope, it is the older V3 model. It's not perfect but it used to collect 95% of my shots and editing the shots is fairly simple.
It stopped tracking the shots, so I contacted shotscope. Customer services emailed a reply super quick and they confirmed that the antenna (which happens to be in the strap) is most likely broken. I thought wonderful, I just need a new strap....
What I am super disappointed with is that this strap is a known weak point in the watch but they have stopped making it. So my watch cannot be fixed, I've checked amazon and eBay and there is nothing. This watch has been on the market for 5 years only. They've offered me a 25% discount on their new tech but thart would still equate to spending over £180 on their new equivalent watch the V5, which also has its antenna in the strap. They claim the antenna in strap is more robust, will track the shots better and the watch locks onto more satellites.
But the V3 watch works for me adequately. I've spent my £180 to track shots, I accept parts wear.
I will say custer services were fast , polite and professional. I cannot fault them, this poor review is 100% on whoever decided to stop production on wearable parts.
I don't want to spend close to another £200 to be in the same situation again. I would understand if the watch was very old but I have used it for 4 seasons.

A quick reply with the answer I needed.
Which was about the LM1 in range Bays.
I wrote to the support team about the LM1 and the testing that had been performed on it and the testers that they have allowed early access to the unit and the support team blow me off I was asking for early access not a free unit to allow for more testing so I do not recommend the support team and if you buy a product do your own review on it.
