Excellent. Very speedy getting back to me and step by step instructions to get my watch back up and running. 5 star all the way.
I recently bought a V5 golf watch, and I had to contact shotscope support about accessing and editing data, and also about the mapping of 2 repositioned tee positions in my course. The help (from Cameron) was virtually instantaneous (even remapping the tee positions was done within about 30 mins). In short, excellent in every respect.
Responses were quick across both aspects I raised, I dealt with the same person for it all which was fantastic
Quick replies to messages sorted my course issues quickly and without fuss
Excellent service, I only needed a screw for my V3 watch strap and they sent me 3 free of charge. This is very unusual in this day and age.
Had issues with my V5 watch, contacted customer services and James quickly and professionally addressed the issues and has sent the required replacement strap to resolve the problem. Thankyou
I had a query with my X5 watch not picking up the tags and therefore missing data relating to my most recent rounds of golf.
The advise I got was both timely and useful. When considering whether I needed to shell out for another tracking device, this was very welcomed relief!
As usual, Shot Scope responded promptly in customer friendly manner.
My remapping issue was solved within even less than
48 hrs.
What remains is an evolution of X5 GPS watch:
battery power is just far too low; 18 holes in GPS mode plus 6-8 hrs in regular watch mode and power is exhausted.
Watch-Screen´s brightness has room for improvement.
Still I´d definitely recommend the X5 vs. any other Golf watch device, considering the very fair price tag, user friendlyness, fee-free shot tracking tools and performance analysis tools which are impressive.
The support team at Shot Scope are really quick and genuinely willing to help. Simple requests for updates to course layout are done promptly. Efforts to improve the user experience are really appreciated. Not once have I regretted getting my Shot Scope watch
Superb support as usual, answered my question in less than half a day
Changed clubs and tried to move the sensors, several broke, I did not force or bend them, just a tight hole on top of new grips/clubs.
Contacted shot scope hoping they would replace the 2 broken ones as less than a year old.
Received polite reply with a link to buy a new pack of 16, don’t need 16, just 2.
Very disappointed they didn’t replace or send link to buy the 2 I needed.
Probably will not use company again for other equipment I need, saddens to say that.

Ps make sure the hole in the top of the grip is opened out a small bit with a Philips screwdriver, the remaining sensors went on breeze after that.
In fact I feel a bit pi££ed off after buying a £200 watch that won’t now collect all club data😤 unless I buy 16 sensors and have 14 spares.

I bought a V5 last year, just as my home course was re-opening after two holes were redesigned. They were incorrect, which I understood. I was then asked if I could send any details of changes, and I sent photos from the revised course guide. Nothing changed, but last week a friend told me I needed to update the course by syncing with the app. I did so but it still wasn’t changed. I’ve contacted them again and been asked to check if it’s changed on Google Maps. It has not. Looking at other reviews, I see a Martin had the same issue 6 months ago. I’ve given details of our pro shop email. If updates depend on Google Maps, you should advertise that. This was the wrong product for me if it inevitably wouldn’t work on the course beyond the 6th hole. I hope a solution can be found by getting details from the pro shop or visiting - you are based in Scotland within a pretty easy range of the course. Happy to leave a great review if you sort it!

I use the Connex. I’ve been using the product to track my stats and I have definitely noticed a difference in my game. I have a much better understanding of my yardages and the shots gained stats give me better idea of where I need to focus my practice. Best part is the price. No subscription required.
I’ve had to reach out to technical support several times regarding equipment and course-related questions, and each time they responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. In an era where AI-generated replies are becoming the norm, it’s refreshing that they take the time to personally connect and provide thoughtful, direct assistance.
