Reply came back quickly and the problem was fixed exactly as I was told it would be. Been with shotscope for about 10 years now and the few times I've needed help they're always there immediately to advise and assist
I had an issue with my watch locking up after a few holes on every course I played. One email was all it took to get advice on how to fix it, and it worked!

i am always very happy working with the Shotscope Customer Service. They are quick to respond. The information typically enables me to solve my issue on the first response. If not, they are willing to work through it until it is fixed. I feel like a valued customer.

The agent (Calum) was consistently prompt and provided excellent service throughout, whilst demonstrating understanding of the issue I faced with the product. I’m impressed with the thoroughness and quality of the exchange between us.
Shotscope always get back to me very quickly with any of my queries which is usually trying to find my way round or edit a round on my iPhone. They do provide copious notes of Q and A’s, but sometimes I need just a nudge in the right direction. Always helpful and friendly reply. Ref: #266098
I was unable to download my scores etc from my V5 watch to my app. Shotscope were in constant contact. Explained their was a bug. Few days later sorted. Excellent service
On reporting my problem with my watch to Shot Scope I received an immediate response followed by an email on how to resolve the problem.
This was followed up with an email asking if it had been resolved.
As it had not they immediately offered additional advice which did work and the matter is resolved.

I was thinking of buying a new golf watch. The watch I have now has issues with software on its golf app on my cell phones and sometimes the watch itself. Customer service to try to fix my X5 is almost immediate replies to my emails - better than a phone conversation since you have time as a customer to apply the suggested fixes before responding.

I recently bought a product that was faulty but the customer service was unbelievably good. They sorted out a replacement and there communications were just amazing!!
I recently ran into a screen issue with my Shot Scope X5 that made it difficult to use. I reached out to their support team, and I couldn't be more impressed with the turnaround. They didn't make the process difficult at all—they verified the fault and I had a brand-new replacement watch within a few days. Excellent service that gives me a lot of confidence in the brand
After having My G5 for a few months, a fault appeared on the screen. Having reported this to shotscope, Lee, from shotscope couldn't have been more helpful in sorting out the issue. Brilliant service.
