Apologies that the can was dented, could you please send images to sales@signgeer.com so we can investigate for you and advise whether the package was damaged on delivery at all?
Due to the range of packages our carriers deliver for us, from 4m long aluminium sign posts down to very small items unfortunately the charge for smaller items can relatively seem higher. Usually smaller items can be shipped with Royal Mail, but as you ordered is a product classed as limited quantity dangerous goods, there are different restrictions and only certain carriers are able to ship them.

Signgeer were brilliant to deal with from purchasing stage right through to delivery. The communication was excellent and allowed for an easy process. Shipping from England was no problem and the goods arrived in good time and in good conditon.

Products are great, delivery charge awful
Products are great, great selection etc... but delivery charge is a joke. A small cutting mat at 1.5m x 0.7m that cost £45 cost £42 to deliver. Shocking

Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the products you received.
Your order contained a couple of items including the cutting mat offcut, with the delivery charge being £34.20+vat.
Your order contained what the courier classes as oversized goods to an address which they also class as "residential" and "Industrial Scotland" - all of which sadly incur surcharges surplus to the standard delivery charge which we are unable to fully subsidise in order to keep our product prices as low as possible for you.
The delivery price quoted of £34.20+vat was our cost price for delivery of the goods, we do not make any profit on these delivery charges.
Please rest assured that we are always reviewing our delivery partners to improve on this where possible and can offer much more competitive rates on smaller items including free delivery over £95 net value to match the rest of mainland UK in some cases.

No communication and completely ridiculous prices
No communication and expects you to be on your account at all hours of the day, as you will never see an email or text or anything from them. They shut their lines 2 hours before they shut their delivery slots, so it's completely useless. Paid £10 to be hung up on, missed the item and to be told nothing.

You placed an order with us on Saturday 1st June. Our delivery countdown timers on both the product pages and checkout would have been counting down for dispatch on Monday 3rd June when placing your order. As our delivery information page also states, we dispatch Monday - Friday.
Your order was dispatched on schedule on Monday 3rd June as promised and you would have received a dispatch confirmation with the tracking information by email, along with an invoice via email the same day.
Our delivery cut off for courier is 4pm and 4:30pm for Royal Mail. Our phone lines are open 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday to provide customer support after our cut off.
If you are having any issues with an open order, please contact the customer service team on 0800 5 999 059 and we would be more than happy to assist.
