You had what I needed and the delivery cost was better than others that I considered. Delivery was prompt and product looks good quality. When I get chance I will search for other items that may suit my needs.

I don't use this regularly but every time I do they never disappoint. They are ver prompt and thorough. I usually order relatively small but complicated orders and I'm always amazed that it arrives next day and there's never any mistakes. I deal with a lot of suppliers and Signgeer are unique in the fact that I've never had any sort of issue whatsoever! I don't bother shopping around to see if I can save a penny.

Poor service from delivery company
Poor service from delivery company. Despite being in the house and driver saying he missed us . Then leaving instructions to leave in safe place but still not receiving parcel three days later. Poor service. Charge a high price for next day delivery and don’t deliver.

Please note, we do have other couriers available including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DX Express and DX Freight so if you would prefer us to use a different one in future, do let us know and we would be happy to do so.
Your order is showing as our for re-delivery today. We have refunded your delivery charge and it should show back on your card in 5-7 working days.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Next Day Delivery NOT
Next day delivery doesn't happen even if ordered before cut off time on website that was 5pm. Next day I rang and was told sorry it is 4PM we’ll get that alerted on the website.

Thank you for your review Ian. Unfortunately we received your order at 4:45pm, but the cut off time is 4:30pm for Royal Mail dispatch which is displayed on a cut off timer in multiple places across the site so it had missed the cut off for dispatch the same day dispatch unfortunately.
