I received a ball bigger than the one I ordered and they never replied to my request of changing the product. They have no customer service at all. I have not tried the app and I don't know if I will ever use the ball, as it is huge, but I am already very disappointed.

Il rimbalzo della palla non è il 90% di un pallone normale come pubblicizzato, è richiesto uno sforzo maggiore per spingere la palla, comunque con un pò di pratica ci si abitua. Ritengo sia un buon prodotto per allenarsi a casa ed integrare l'allenamento in palestra, mio figlio lo sta usando da una settimana con 4-5 set al giorno e sta gradendo. Non sono riuscito a trovare e scaricare la app da Google TV, quindi sto utilizzando il tablet.

No response from customer service after 2 months (several mails has been sent), they banned me from Facebook after my comment and no solution is offered.

Their ball sizes don't match international standards. We ordered a size 6 ball along with the original order, but the ball that arrived was about the size of a size 7 (77 cm). Following customer service's instructions, we ordered a size 5 ball, but the one that arrived was 64 cm (I don't think such a ball size exists). I shared pictures of the balls sent, comparing them to the original basketball sizes, and requested a refund for my second order, specifically ask for a size 6 ball, but customer service hasn't responded for months. Although my son is very enthusiastic, he can't use the large ball effectively because he can't fit it between his legs, and the second ball is too small, so it doesn't bounce enough. The ball sizes listed on the website are simply non sense, unfortunately; however, the app is good. I want this problem resolved.

La publicidad es engañosa, la app no es tal, son solo vídeos grabados que hay que repetir, nada de interacción ni valoración de la evolución.
La atención al cliente nefasta, y no te devuelven nada, porque no es reembolsable ni las licencias ni los calcetines y además te cobran gastos de gestión de devolución.

Very very very very good

The ball started falling apart after just three weeks of home use. It's no different from the Temu balls. No customer support replay.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product quality has been far below what was advertised — the ball began falling apart after only a few weeks of gentle use on indoor wooden floors. The play mat and the app have also proven to be unusable and offer no real value. I have now spent £160 for an item that is faulty and not as described.

I honestly expected better durability from what was advertised. After just a few weeks of normal indoor use, the outer surface began to wear out and develop cracks. I assumed an indoor product would last much longer, but it deteriorated faster than expected. It is frustrating and disappointing to see it become unusable so quickly.

Poor customer service exprience. Return or change very difficult.

Ok product but was not real basketball size

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The ball was poor quality and lost its shape much faster than expected. I contacted customer service and was promised that a replacement would be sent, which I trusted and shared with my son to reassure him. Unfortunately, a month has passed and we still haven’t received anything, nor have we had any follow-up or response from the company. This has turned into a second disappointment for a small boy who was really looking forward to it. Very frustrating experience and not the level of quality or service I expected.

Silent ball academy has given our kids the opportunity to keep practicing basketball! They are eager to come home for training and their progress is amazing.

The ball and the mat are great.
But the socks should have specific sizes.

All around a good structured app with gradually increasing difficulty of the excercises, which help beginners as advanced players to grow their techniques. Great for home ans bad outdoor weather. You can exercise any time, anywhere. Great for the money, thank you!

What an amazing product! My 8-year-old son is absolutely thrilled with SilentBall™ Academy. He has been training every single day for 37 days in a row, completely on his own. It’s literally the first thing he does in the morning and the last thing he does before going to bed.

The exercises are fun, challenging, and perfectly suited to his age. Being able to train indoors and silently is incredibly convenient — he can even practice while watching TV, which really shows how quiet the ball is when it hits the mat. Even when we travel, the Silent Ball always comes with us, so he never misses a day.
