I'm going to cancel my order

I'm going to cancel my order. I had an issue with the website and a query about my delivery, and I've spent the entire day going back and forth with an infuriating AI chatbot that keeps repeating the same line about my case being “escalated” and that I should “expect an email from a human.” No email has arrived.

If they can’t even get their customer‑service AI to function properly, I have zero confidence in their ability to deliver a reliable Smart Calendar. I haven’t even received the product yet and I’m already unimpressed.

This product is supposed to save me time, yet their AI has wasted my entire day. It’s completely contradictory to the purpose of the product, and the whole experience has left me with no faith in what they’re offering.

I had high hopes for this Skylight Calender but if this is what it's like dealing with the company before I've even received the product I dread to think what it will be like post sale, no thank you, every time I look in the mirror these days I have more face to wash, I don't need AI like this that will make me pull my hair out!

The Skylight calendar is an absolute game changer. The magic import feature is my new PA that I cannot be without. Worth every single penny.

Insane costs hidden to show photos

The cost of plus membership so you can get to to display pictures ontop of the membership you have to pay to have online access to the calendar is garbage.
It’s a complete stitch up once the photos are uploaded they should stay on the device and display - as soon as the membership is up the photos stop displaying and I don’t believe that’s made clear when you buy one.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when expectations around membership features are not as clear as they should be, especially with something as personal as your family photos. To clarify, photos are included within the single Calendar Plus membership, and there is not a separate membership required for them. It also looks like there may have been an issue with how the membership was linked after renewal, and we’ll be reaching out to you separately by email to go over everything in more detail and help make this right. Skylight Calendar Max is the best!!

Skylight Calendar Max is the best!!! The functionality is perfect for our busy family of 5. My husband and I are in sync and don’t miss a beat with our schedule.
The kids love it too. They can see what is happening for each of them everyday without having to ask. They love the countdown function to special events (birthdays, holidays and Christmas).
We all love uploading photos that display on a constant slideshow ( it keeps our memories fresh in our minds). We get stuck watching it for ages!
And last of all, it looks great! We put the power cord through the back of the wall to a hidden outlet on the other side, so that we don’t have to see it hanging down.
When we have guests over they think it’s pretty cool too!
All in all, we LOVE it! Thank you Skylight for a product that gets the frazzle out of my head and into a visual bible!

The frame is Garbage

The frame is Garbage. Have tried multiple times to activate. Very sketchy, non-standard english AI instructions. Minimal, AI generated "Help". No manual or instructions

It’s been 22 days since purchase and I…

It’s been 22 days since purchase and I still have not received my skylight calendar. Apparently, according to support, it will arrive on Friday, but the tracking has not been activated yet so I seriously doubt it. Very disappointing.

I just pulled up your order, and I do see where the product is due to be delivered on Thursday, March 26th. Looks like the carrier has it in its possession at this time. It doesn't get delivered to you by Friday, please reach out to me directly so I can get my shipping team involved and see what's going on. If wee need to place another order for some reason we can certainly do that.

There is nothing wrong with your product but i have never received a reply to my query and that would stop me recommending Skylight to anyone.

We paid for a subscription in full on…

We paid for a subscription in full on the day we installed our skylight. We then got charged a full year subscription fee again one month later. Pretty terrible

Thank you for reaching out to us about this and providing this feedback. I'm sorry you're having some issues with the Plus subscription. Any time you purchase a device directly from us, it comes with a 30-day free trial of Plus, then at that time it renews for a year at the full price. I just pulled up your order, and that's exactly what I'm seeing is that you purchased the device on February 13th, 2026. Then on March 14th, 2026, you were charged the auto-renewal of 1-year of Plus at that time.

Great product, love the photo frame. Calendar and lists, make organising and planning day to day activities much easier. Wouldn’t do without it.
