My calendar was never delivered and you still haven’t refunded my money. Customer service has been terrible. No one to call. All AI responses. It’s a joke.

Great for knowing what everyone in the household is doing. Also fantastic that it links to phones and tablets as well.

The Skylight calendar is obviously of high quality and incredibly easy to use.
The installation was easy with all required screws and plugs included, even the correct size drill bit!
After switching on for the first time, the on-screen instructions were concise and clear.
I would recommend to anybody needing help organising their social and work lives.

Great quality product,easy set up and easy to use. It was bought as a gift so I wish it was possible to preload pictures without opening the box.

Loving the photo frame feature. My kids are reminiscing over all their younger-year photos. The calendar is so useful. Now the whole family can see what’s on for the week/month etc. we haven’t started using the meal plan or rewards yet.

Love our skylight. Kids love the tasks and keeps our busy household on track. I did have a bit of trouble with the app syncing and loading photos but got there in the end.

I loved my skylight calendar and it was so great for my family until one day when it wouldn’t connect to the wifi. I contacted skylight and followed all of their suggestions to correct the issue, it was not resolved. I then contacted our Internet provider to see if there was any adjustments we could make to fix the connection, they assured me nothing had changed in their end. I am a neurodivergent mother with 2 children, one of which is also on the spectrum, this calendar was our lifeline for a functioning household and now we would need to find one that works with our wifi, so I requested a refund seeing as the calendar was an expensive purchase that lasted a little over 2 years. I was told there are no refunds after 120 days.

I and beyond angry and frustrated, it’s just not good enough to get only 2 years out of a calendar.

Amazing product, excellent quality and easy to use

This calendar has changed our world.
We have a child with autism and he has been so motivated as he can control his day by ticking off tasks easily. The nagging has stopped and all our children are motivated to do chores.
Our house is calm, organised and in control. So so so grateful and highly recommend.

Although helpful, I wouldnt say it is a great value for money.
We have access to the tasks which you can create kids chores and tasks, but the rewards system that you would think accompanies the chore/task feature is available via subscription only.
If im paying 1.2k for a calender, which is 90% manual data entry, I shouldnt have to pay a subscription.
Long story short, spending so much money and having been told I need to spend $124 a year for access to the other 60% of the calendars features is a let down.

I had a problem with the skylight that was bought years ago and the customer service department was quick to assist, professional and competent. They did fix the issue in the end and I am up and running on a new version due to them. Great service!!!

Easy install, had to take it on and off the wall mulitple times as l was mounting it inside the wall. Phone, PC or unit it is easy to setup and send photos.
