This company is a total joke! All the “positive” reviews seem to come from Australia, which is super suspicious. If you want a refund, guess what? You have to pay to send it all the way back to AU. It’s a scam, plain and simple. Talking to their customer service is a nightmare—you’re stuck with two terrible options: pay for return shipping or accept a replacement. Forget about a refund. There’s no way to escalate anything, and their service is beyond awful. They’re probably violating consumer rights, too. Just stay far, far away from this trash brand. Total garbage!

I ordered the pillow and it was not working for my neck pain. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and make it right by offering a newer version of the pillow for me to try. Didn’t even make me return the original pillow I purchased. Great customer service!

Great company excellent service. I ordered the contour basic accidentally instead of the 2.0. I’ve contacted company and they responded the same day to fix my concern. Very professional and courteous; I was impressed. And by the way the contour basic pillow was amazing. I suffer with neck and shoulder pain and the first nite with this pillow I slept right thru the nite and felt great in the morning. I’ve gone through so many different types of pillows I’ve lost track of how many. This is the first one that works for me. My only concern is it could be a bit thicker, mind you it’s still great. Looking fwd for the 2.0. Thank you Slumblr for you great service. If you’re interested in this amazing pillow which I highly recommend, beware of the fake sites out there like Slumblrs.

Took weeks to arrive and very disappointed when it finally turned up. Poor quality product with cheap memory foam. Nowhere near as comfortable as my existing memory foam pillows. Complete waste of money.

Received the pillows and they were in great condition however was softer memory foam then I am used to and my partner and I have broad shoulders. They have kindly helped me to change to their newer version which I can see is higher which I hope will then be perfect for us. I’m a side sleeper so I do love the design and space for my arm/hand. Will wait to see how the new version suits us :)

I bought this pillow 3 days ago. It was completely legit. The pillow improves my sleep time and support my neck during sleep. Besides that, be careful when you searched the website because it has another fake web which is "Slumblrs" that based on the legit web of Slumblr to scam yall.

I thought it was a gamble ordering online but I was surprised! Arrived within a week of purchase and it is by far the best fit pillow re neck support I have ever tried. Worth trying, 100% would recommend. **Held off the 5th star because the case, while removable to be washed, can't be covered with regular pillow cases so not convenient for me having to wash and dry in one day. Would be great to have multiple covers.

Absolute scam. Do not buy.

I bought this, and the pillow that arrived is garbage. Nothing like the height etc promised. It took 2 weeks to get a response. Meanwhile they delete every social media message and dont reply to DMs. Finally they responded. I had def ordered the new one but when I tried to return they offered me another one which is apparently the new one. No thanks. It was $38 to return, and no guarantee id be refunded. So I opted for the 50% refund. I was told 5-7 business days. Nothing. I reached out for a 17th time, and it appears a refund has been processed. Now its saying 10 day wait. Let’s see if I ever get my money back?

I see the reply below. Its taken me 5? Weeks to get to a point where there is a document that looks like half the money is coming back. Im hardly going to give you the opportunity to punish me for making a negative review.

Ordered a pillow on the 3rd September I have a bank statement to prove it still not received it yet

The pillow was very basic and not worth the money so I requested a return as per the 60 day guarantee on their website.

The catch is they make you return the pillow to Australia at your expense.

Or option B is you keep the pillow and get a 50% refund.

Total con artists.

Dispatched quickly. Arrived in a reasonable time and the customer service team were helpful in arranging a replacement. Would definitely recommend.

I bought the sleep band from this company, thought it was a scam but it came and work better than I expected.

I bought this one last week. I thought about giving 1 star at first but my partner told me to keep using it for couple more days. Turns out it help me with me neck pain. Pretty good product.

This company states that they give a money back guarantee but here's the reality: they actually make you pay to ship it TO AUSTRALIA, OR you keep it for half of your money back. Just want everyone to know that a money back guarantee is basically a half money back guarantee.

Bought a pillow from Slumblr, which offered great customer service and top quality pillow. 100% the company to buy from.

I like the shape of the pillow, especially the thing you could rest your arms. Just a little thing that make you happy.

The product was rubbish, flimsy and smaller than the images. They have a 100 day money back guaranteed so I wanted to return for a refund but they wouldnt cover the cost of return to Australia - would cost me £90 to send it back! Instead they offered to send me another of their crappy products - somehow that would be cheaper than honouring their "guarantee" -absolute shysters.

Pillow not delivered. The refund request button and contact button are both disabled on the page. SCAM.

It s the best product that I ever order. I have problem with my neck over a year. I nearly give up that I gonna live with the pain for all my life. I have this pillow online and I just bought it as giving a try but the result is more than I expected. I have the best sleep last night. Really high recommended.

I was surprise that it actualy works. The first few night I could feel any different but after about a week it feels right.
