I am extremely satisfied with the experience of buying a pair of prescription progressive glasses from SmartBuyGlasses for two reasons - 1) their quality and competitive prices and, 2) their superb customer service. The second reason is, for me, even more important than their prices. I wrote to them twice, once to request a change in the colour of the frame (I ordered the wrong colour by mistake) and I wrote again when I was charged custom duties by the the courier. On both occasions I received very prompt and very polite responses and my problems were dealt with immediately. I was also refunded the entire amount that I was charged towards customs duties.
I have no hesitation in recommending Smartbuyglasses. I am in no way connected with the company, nor have they provided me with any incentive to leave a positive review. I am just a satisfied customer.

Clearly, most of these reviews are falsified. This company has probably the WORST customer service, returns policies and general delivery standards. After I sent the package back at my cost (no reverse pick up available!), they sent me a refund of Rs.1,800/- while the item was for Rs.5,300/-.

I have NEVER had a worse experience than with these people. Buy with extreme caution. The URL itself is misleading and one is led to believe they are an Indian website!

Though the order was highly delayed (close to 2 months) due to logistics and international customs but i would say it was worth a wait…. Thank you and i really loved the product. Since the time i had reported about the delay, the support team were in touch with me on a frequent basis and provided periodic updates on the shipment status.
