I placed the order with a variant of my name that doest exactly match with my KYC Docs. so my delivery was held up in Bangalore customs. Jocelyn (and some in her team) handled the issue really well and prmoptly - they were able to recall the delivery that was heading back to origin, represent with the correct name and ensure it got cleared and delivered, moreover i was charged c55% customs duty, which also was promptly refunded on sending the sales and duty invoices.... excellent experience, many thanks to Jocelyn and team, wish them the best

The specs was perfect in size and shape as per the description given on site. The delivery was hassle free. Keep in mind about the customs duty you might have to pay since it's an international import. This is second time I am ordering from SmartbuyGlasses and the purchases are satisfactory

I bought from smartbuyglasses recently.
I'm highly satisfied with their customer response and replying time and queries were responded well in time comparing other competitors.
The product was excellent I liked it.
I expected anti glare lens on the outside also but I didn't get what I was looking for, other than that everything was great.

They mentioned about best price guarantee but it's just looped with their terms and conditions which means you can't get that.
I tried all ways to claim that ,they simply reject it and they don't intent to give.

For Indian Customers there will be Customs duty like half of the price but as soon as they put of the invoice, smartbuyglasses will refund the amount ASAP.
Appreciate that part of work also.

I didn't receive the customized rayban sunglasses first time as my temporary address not matched with aadhar card.I sent to smartbuyglass customer care and they replied immediately in a positive way. They give two options either refund or reordering.I had selected reordering and they completed the reordering process with zero cost. They also refunded the customs 14K paid by me at the delivery time within 4 working days after I mailed the tax invoice. I am very thankful for your customer care service. My suggestion to them is kindly intimate the customer not to give temporary address but the permanent address as per their Government record like aadhar card in India.

I am very happy with the purchase. First off, SmartBuyGlasses has a broad catalog to choose from. I went with Oakley Holbrook after watching a couple of reviews online. The frame is attractive, lightweight, and covers the entire field of vision. The lenses were even better. I wanted to try the transition lenses, and boy do they work.

The delivery wait was a bit longer. But I expected as much, given that the product was shipped from a different country. Customer service at SmartBuyGlasses.com has been phenomenal. All my queries were answered promptly. I didn't even have to worry about customs duties; those were fully reimbursed.

Overall, you get the gist. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend the frame, lenses, and SmartBuyGlasses.com.

Loved the JC eye glass frame, delivery took time though close to a month. I had to pay almost Rs. 6000/- extra which was billed to me by the courier as Custom Duty. The website while ordering did not inform me of the hidden cost which is unfair. The cost of the frame went up by Rs. 6000/- which if I would have known earlier, wouldnt have ordered. Please include the hidden costs an inform buyer accordingly.

I am really really happy with the product i purchased, great customer support (i love how the customer support reverts in literally 1-2 mins), got the product with every single box content and in prestige condition, can't describe how i felt when they reimbursed the Customs immediately, my Customs invoice was generated on 24th and the product was delivered on 25th, when i was going through my bank statement i saw that the customs was already reimbursed on 25th. I purchased Gunnar razer fps edition from smartbuyglasses. Took overall about 10-15 days to reach bangalore India.

Excellent service. I was a little worried about India Customs but aramex worked it out properly. Just be ready with ID proof etc.

Also when i was charged extra duty by customs in india the Smartbuyglasses team helped in getting a refund as well within a matter of days.
