The products are great, brilliant quality and although on line my coffee cups and saucers looked expensive, they are not for the quality you get.

My only feedback would be the speed of delivery, it was quite slow, they didn’t seem to be dispatched quickly, and I am glad I didn’t need them as a gift for a certain time.

Overall though a positive experience and when I chased them on delivery I received a quick reply.

Didn’t know they would be made in and coming from China and take so long to arrive which was a shame as they were s birthday present so we missed the birthday by a week but they are lovely

It’s much smaller than I was expecting. The photo makes it look like 32oz but I went back and looked and it’s only 20oz. Your photos should more accurately show the size of your products. It took 9 days to ship the order? Also, I found the exact same items on other sites for half the price.

These mugs are gorgeous and, for some reason, my coffee just tastes better when drinking from it. I have many different mugs but always reach for these.

Not happy with the size. I bought it thinking it would be industrial size like advertised. It's smaller than a regular mug

The cups are beautiful. I did write and ask if they could adapt the cups somehow as they are too hot to hold when you have a coffee in them. So you need to wait for it to cool before you can drink them. I haven’t heard back from them.

Ordering procedure online was simple and straight forward The product was enjoyed and has been received with thanks as the ceramic travel mug was a birthday gift

Only feedback that need looking at i would suggest a fragile sticker on the box as once it leaves the warehouse the delivery drivers appear not to of given the box any care as it was battered and crushed maybe the company could have words with delivery service

Absolutely made up with these, and everything to do with the company was amazing from ordering to delivery. Will definitely be dealing with them again.

These were quickly shipped and are nice-looking mugs. Appear to be well made. A bit pricey.

love the cups but you cant hold them with a hot beverage in them - it is too hot. There must be a way of putting some rubber ring or something around it enabling you to hold and drink.
