I had high hopes for Snoozel Green and was really looking forward to receiving our mattress topper, so I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a King-size topper, but a week later a Super King arrived instead. Mistakes happen, but despite several emails and attempts to contact them via webchat, I have had no response or even acknowledgement.

There is no phone number to call, so I’m currently left with an expensive topper we cannot use and no idea when, or if, the problem will be resolved.

Very disappointing customer service.

I spoke to a customer service representative online who confirmed I'd receive all items within 10 days of ordering. Based on that, I ordered a mattress and pillows, but then heard absolutely nothing from them.
In the meantime, because I didn't get a delivery message, I had to buy a floor mattress as a temporary stopgap and slept on it for over a month while waiting for this delivery.
Snoozel Green has no phone number, nobody answers webchat, and the only times I heard from them were when I chased them by email. After a lot of cajoling, the items finally arrived, over 5 weeks later. They blamed a shipping incident, but based on their reviews, they seem to get this quite a lot..
The products themselves are so-so: the mattress is quite squishy but at least doesn't smell of chemicals, and the pillows are inconsistent: some firm, some very flat. I have asked to return one, but I don't have high hopes

The company is fine, and I purchased a natural latex pillow from them to support my neck. The quality is acceptable, but not outstanding. My main concern is that it doesn't seem to provide enough neck support.

I previously used a Tempur pillow, which was much more comfortable and supportive. I chose not to buy another Tempur pillow because I wanted a natural latex option, but I feel that the design of this pillow is not quite right for proper neck support.

It's very unfortunate that it's so difficult to find a latex pillow that offers the same level of neck support and comfort. I am still searching for a suitable alternative.

I LOVE my snoozel green wool duvet. It has a real presence on the bed. A mighty lovely thing it is indeed. I can't explain but it is just a jolly good duvet, very well made and you can tell it has been lovingly put together. Two of my friends are already looking into getting one for themselves as a result of my experiences with one. Highly recommended.

I love my organic mattress, sheets and duvet so much. The quality is fantastic and the mattress is so comfortable. There is a bit of a wait to get it delivered so patience is important. The price was really good. Happy to have non toxic bedding. My sleep quality has inporoved.

I bought a bundle from snoozel Green
A mattress, a topper, a wool duvet & two Latex pillows.
The mattress didn't come so I had a refund the two Latex pillows were horrid to high too firm and uncomfortable. I was told I couldn't have a refund despite only using them 3 times because I was out of the 30 days money back guarantee. I was waiting for my mattress more than 30 days which didn't arrive so I didn't use any of the rest of the bundle until I had bought a new mattress from Woolroom which I might add I had no problems with. GO TO WOOLROOM INSTEAD.

I wanted to love our snoozel mattress so bad bcs it’s all made of natural components but I have to say that 2 years in it’s just not good. I have a bad back and I ended up sleeping on the Simba single mattress I bought for my toddler and boy it’s day and night. I sleep a LOT better in the simba bcs it distribute my weight is softer on the shoulders for side sleeper and support my lower back and hips better. The snoozel is too hard but still sink in at hips level. We r very sad but will be getting rid of it soon bcs my husband and I are just not comfortable in it

I am very pleased with my pillow and sleep better now. Ordering was made easy and delivery was fast. My only one isue is, when I removed the pillow from it's packaging, I had not noticed that the inner plastic bag had not been sealed and the pillow slipped out of the bag and landed on the wet floor! Just a little tape to secure it closed would be a good idea please.

All of the items I had delivered (mattress, topper, pillow) have been fantastic so far and I feel well worth the money. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that delivery was originally expected at beginning of February and did not take receipt until well into March, I had to chase up a couple of times but appreciate that the mattress was made to order and shipping was delayed which may have been out of Snoozel's control.

Fabulous mattress. Deep, perfect balance of firmness and softness. The only less good thing was the long delivery delay, almost 2 months. But the couriers, when they did finally arrive, were really helpful & efficient at swiftly moving the mattress into the upstairs room where it was needed. I had originally booked help but had to cancel when the delivery was twice delayed. Superb product though - most comfortable, toxin-free sleep I have ever had. The creamy white satinised cotton outer cover is beautiful. A real luxury.

Fantastic wool matress topper, highly recommend

Dodgy company, took my payment but did not delivery the mattress. I chased them and they apologised and said they would investigate and come back to me.....they didn't. I then asked for a refund, which they promised to process and still haven’t.

They respond very quickly to negative publicly visible reviews, feigning concern, but slowly to emails about the order. This shows they are trying to curate their public image, while not really genuinely caring about Customer Service.

eco credentials and super comfortable, delivery was fast and efficient, we are totally loving the new mattress!

Great mattress and delivered in time. I was worried considering others had issues but that wasn’t the experience with mine. The linen bed set is lovely and the mattress is so comfortable! Worth the splurge!

Apart from the delay in the delivery which was more to do with the courier, everything was perfect and the mattess is extremely comfortable- great value for money.

I appreciate that this bedding is a linen and I really want to like it (which is why I have given it a 3-star rating), I have encountered significant issues with its sizing. The duvet cover is extremely large; I checked the label after receiving it to make sure I’d ordered correctly and it clearly stated "king-size," but my king-size quilt is completely swamped inside. As a result, the quilt moves around and bunches up during the night. I have tried washing the cover multiple times in the hope that it would shrink, but it remains too big.

Unfortunately, due to this major size discrepancy, we are finding ourselves preferring our old bedding, making the usability of this cover a 1-star experience. Additionally, the buttons have already started to fall off, which is disappointing.
