If an incorrect part is shipped, be aware that you're gonna get stuck with high shipping charges
I've ordered a number of parts from the company, I've been very satisfied. There was a mistake when another part was ordered and shipped to me, and initially they informed me that I ordered the wrong part. In fact, I went back and looked at my order...they were incorrect, they shipped the wrong one. Regardless. of the source of an incorrect order, the part has to go back.In order to get a refund, I need to ship it back to them
at my expense. Unfortunately, I am asked to be charged full shipping rates from carriers such as FedEx and UPS of almost $200. The company evidently has a bulk.shipping rate which is approximately at $24. I asked them to help me with the shipping. I simply wanted them to send me a shipping label with the bulk rate and I would reimburse them for that. Their response was less than the FedEx and UPS carriers at over $100. quite a conundrum… As the part is only valued at $200.
Very unfortunate for a repeat customer who has been dedicated to utilizing their product line. Disappointed with the customer service.

After reviewing your order, it appears your vehicle is a 1969 Camaro, while the parts ordered were for a 1968 Camaro. Although we were able to provide a discounted return shipping label, we understand that the return shipping cost was still significant due to the size of the shipment.
We'd also like to clarify that the shipping charge paid at checkout is often only a portion of the actual cost we pay the carrier. Like many retailers, we absorb a significant portion of shipping expenses to remain competitive and offer affordable shipping options to our customers. Unfortunately, those discounted outbound shipping rates typically do not apply to return shipments, particularly for large or oversized items.
That said, we believe there were opportunities for us to provide a better overall experience. Our goal is always to treat our customers fairly and find reasonable solutions, especially for those who continue to do business with us.
We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to review your situation again. If you're willing, please contact our Customer Support team, and we'll be happy to revisit your order and see if there is anything further we can do to help.

Cheaper is not better.
I had gotten some door molding from Amazon. After getting everything installed I could not shut the doors and had to slam the trunk. Now they work fine. I did have some trouble with the outer felts. They curve up on the ends. It looked in the manufacturing process they made them straight and then tried to curve them leaving a pucker at the end. I was able to work them out on one side but the other I still have a pucker.

The part was manufactured incorrectly. The transmission cross member had the transmission mount welded off center and would not align correctly. I am requesting a full refund, including freight.
