Hi there I’m wondering if you could help me, I’ve received your order and am still currently in the same position as I was before I ordered it, I always pump the inner tubes up to check them for any air leaks or splits and unfortunately the new inner tube you sent had a small pinhole in one side of it, is there anything you could do or suggest for me ? Unfortunately you have pinched the tube during fitting, it is a common fitting issue and is not a fault of the inner tube. Kindly update your review.

Mithering for a rating. I was asked to rate this company's service before the tyre had even landed. Pretty spammy behaviour. They then pathetically cancelled my second order because I left them this poor review. There are plenty of cheaper motorcycle parts vendors than these joblots. Silly old man on the phone giving it the big one. Bad attitude. Bad service. Bad products. Cheap Chinese imports AVOID!!!

Sorry you feel this way however, your order was placed at 3:18am on Saturday 1st April, it was packed and dispatched on Monday 3rd April and delivered and signed for on Tuesday 4th at 12:52 pm. We then sent a review request on Wednesday 5th at 15:18 pm, we don’t see any other possible way of improving this service at the current shipping rate.
Your order was for an OEM tyre for a Chinese bike made by CST (Cheng Shin Rubber) so yes, it is Chinese, as with the other OEM parts you ordered for a Chinese bike, all are Chinese imports. We do however offer a wide (possibly the widest) range of European made electric bikes and parts.
We do take our reviews very seriously and we feel that we have processed your order in a timely manner and all relevant information regarding our products is available to view on our website.
We disagree with your rating and feedback and would encourage you to order your items elsewhere in the future.

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a front mudguard for my Surron, they sent out a completely different product. One in which can be bought for half the price of the one advertised.
I messaged them about returning the item and they weren’t helpful.
With this I’ll be shopping somewhere else for my Surron parts.

As there are so many different types of forks these days we have actually stopped manufacturing this particular mudguard, the one that was delivered to you was actually a mountain bike one for our LMX and SEM bikes.and was sold in error. As mentioned in the chat please return it for a full refund. The return address is on the website under FAQ> returns

Always a great service and Fast delivery. I placed several orders in quick succession before they have been dispatched and have been given a refund for 1 of the delivery costs. 100% stand up company in my opinion.
