Easy to use website
Easy to use website. Prices were good and product was good. Very well protective packaging. All in all good. My only frustration that meant not 5 stars was communication regarding delivery dates etc. I’m a tradesman and not being able to advise my customer what date the materials were arriving made me look a little incompetent.

Paid £8.50 for delivery for a very small item and 6 days later still not received. Very disappointed in service as left a voicemail message and no response. Maybe outwith their control but communication poor.
