Somehow, I made the mistake and ordered the wrong color. But their Customer Service was amazing and so fast, Within 10 minutes it was corrected and the correct color is on its way to me. Really looking forward to getting them.

Literal garbage. Journal smells like chemicals and is definitely not leather. Paper is of horrible quality. Company pretends to be located in Ohio, but shipment comes from China. The quality is exactly as you would expect from a product shipped from China. Do not buy anything from them, as all returns are for exchange only and why would you want to exchange garbage for more garbage?

I had wonderful customer service. I received the last of my order today. I would like to say to anyone considering getting a Still Archive Journal to get it. Yes it’s an investment but it’s life long. I spent a lot of money getting a high quality journal and all the inserts. I also ordered the beautiful butterfly charm. Hopefully soon I can order the bee and star charms. This journal has already changed my way in journaling. Just holding it and adding words each day to a a large entry. I will never regret getting this gorgeous leather journal. I got the classic one in green. I am a Still Archive Journalist. Thank you to a wonderful company and customer service who has made sure I have everything I need.

I hate buying things on-line due to scams, poor quality, and communication when somethings not right. This company is the best! The product is excellent and the company is quick to respond and deliver on their promise! Delighted with this experience!

The process with this company was wonderful from the beginning. I had a few questions before ordering and got quick answers. I received my journal and it is so beautiful, leather is soft. I did have an issue with the charms I ordered, contacted them and got the issue resolved right away.
Customer service is courteous.
Now I can set it all up and take my journal with me everywhere.

Well over priced. The marketing picture are amazing but when delivered, I was very disappointed. Before you purchase think about going to a stationary store. They have better options.

What you get is not worth $89 dollars. The advertisements are great, the product is underwhelming. I purchase a competitors, after I found out I could not return this product (it was going to be a gift and I couldn't give this skimpy thing) and for half the cost, It had the folder type inserts, pen holder, four notebooks and looked far more substantial than Still Archive. It really burns to have spent this amount of money :(

I received excellent customer since I ordered my Memento. Both of my inserts were blank pages instead of one of them being lined. I reached out to the company and they sent me a lined insert immediately. They are very responsive and helpful!

The journal had a really bad smell when I opened the package. I love the orange color but the material does not look or feel like real leather. And again, it has a horrible, chemical smell to it, even two weeks after getting it. None of the inserts were lined, despite what it says on the website. I was surprised that it was shipped from China, but the delivery time was longer than they stated it would be. Finally, the website says, "Use it for 30 days. If you don't love it, return it." But the fine print says it has to be unused to be returned. And I see others saying that you can only return it for credit. Why would I want another one? It's been a big disappointment.

I love this system SO MUCH. But I still can’t find how to add charms. None of my charms are split to accommodate the band…is there a WAY to untie, put on charms with holes in CENTER and
re-tie?????

I’m certain I’ll need inserts soon!

These journal are really lovely and well made. When I thought my charms didnt come and I emailed, I got back an immediate personal response. There was also very transparent communication from purchase to delivery. I already have gifts for friends in my cart!

I had a question about my order and they responded immediately. That's very comforting and feels like they care about your questions. I'm very excited to start my journey with my new journal!

I have several leather notebook covers already but was attracted by the 1/2 price sale. I got the red pocket size cover. Good quality and attractive. It's an odd size, forcing you to buy refills from Still Archive if you want them to fit precisely. I get it. They make money on repeat orders. It's good quality fountain pen friendly paper, but at that price, I'll make my own.

I had a small issue with a damaged journal and Still Archive was very friendly and very fast in resolving the issue and getting a new one shipped out to me. I have purchased about a dozen of these journals to give to friends and family for Christmas this year! I think they will be a great gift!

I really like this little journal. It's well made and I like the concept of refillable pages. I purchased the smaller version and the portability of it is really nice, it's always within reach when a thought pops in my head or I need to empty my mind.

Really nice size( I got the smaller one) fits easily in my bag. I love that you can add to it as you go.

Journals are nice, though changing out the notebooks once mine are full may be a challenge, they really twisted the elastics around them to keep them in. As others have said, I was disappointed that the ads and information on the website made it seem like a U.S. company but the products were made and shipped from China.

First shipment was damaged but the company sent a replacement right away! Very good customer service!

I have to agree with what someone else wrote:

"I reached out requesting a return and was told I could only do so for store credit. I should have read this in advance but it never occurred to me that you can buy a journal and only be able to return it for store credit…aka, more journals"

The site gives you a gracious return time...even if you don't like it. I never saw that returns were only for credit. That is pretty bad...for sustainability too. I'm all for charging a fee if the merchandise is not resellable.

My issues: I needed a bit more the "agenda" type of an insert, the permanent band stretched out immediately. It only came with one band. When I reached out, I was told it came with several and I must not have seent them. The journal was cumbersome and just didn't flow well (page turning, slipping and no bands). I even tried a hair band. It just wasn't for me. It's a shame I have to keep it. I wouldn't even gift it.

I reached out about the delivery date on my materials being days beyond the date they said they would be here. The customer service was so incredible that, not only was I speaking to a human, but she responded to me promptly. It was less than 5 minutes after I had hit send.
Jury is still out on how much I like the journal and materials but I have very, very high hopes.
I will definitely provide another update when I have received the products I ordered and gotten a little use out of them.
