I reached out about the delivery date on my materials being days beyond the date they said they would be here. The customer service was so incredible that, not only was I speaking to a human, but she responded to me promptly. It was less than 5 minutes after I had hit send.
Jury is still out on how much I like the journal and materials but I have very, very high hopes.
I will definitely provide another update when I have received the products I ordered and gotten a little use out of them.

I love my journal, I have just one question is there a calendar that I cause with my journal? It would help if I could use them together. My only concern is that I have the large journal and it doesn't fit in purse and when I use a larger purse it makes it quite heavy. But I manage.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Journal is good quality and i love the cover. The only thing i was unhappy with was the support. I sent an email asking for an update on delivery. And then i sent another email because i was sent the wrong charm - i never got a response.

I love Still Archives products! I LOVE my notebook! I think its quality is great! I love its color! I've purchased every insert they have AND I got on the monthly calendar subscription.

There is some miscommunication about how the elastic bands work . In the videos provided to show my how to use the bands, the girl had more bands. No sweat. I ordered more off of Amazon.

Also, the charms do not come with alligator clasps. You have to use jump rings and plyers.

But still, I love Still Archive's notebook better than any other out there!

I am completely happy with your product. The size and quality of my classic Momento are excellent, not to mention my cute charm. The leather will hold up in my messenger bag when I travel, so the larger size is perfect. I do not remember when I ordered, but I received it in a timely fashion. I have already ordered a second charm and the grid paper inserts. I am a delighted customer.

I am stunned at the low quality of this journal that I spent $100 on and took an extended time to be delivered. I reached out requesting a return and was told I could only do so for store credit. I should have read this in advance but it never occurred to me that you can buy a journal and only be able to return it for store credit…aka, more journals. I would warn any potential purchaser against this company. Quality is below what I could have purchased on Amazon for $20. Dissatisfied doesn’t even begin to cover it.

This company is such a wonderful thoughtful company. Real leather journals, monthly subscription with inspiration and little extras to put into your journals. I think my lifeand anxiety has improved since I joined this company. They're not overpriced and their packages are packed worth care and come not damaged. That is an important quality for books inserts and charms. I will never live life without this in my life. It is so therapeutic. I hope and pray that this company can continue to grow and inspire for ever.

I love my Still Archive Momento journal!! Its exactly what I ordered! The only thing I don’t like is its hard to find inserts that aren’t too long

First the shipping took forever…now I have it and the quality isn’t at all what I expected. I could buy a much nicer one somewhere else. Sorry, just being truthful

Still archive positions itself as a US small business but what you are buying is from China, shipped by a third world unknown shipping company that claims to “hamd off” to local shipper but the order was never shipped. My order was due on 10/15, and it is 10/23 and it disappeared and the company went strangely silent after 3 emails. I will be fighting the charge with my credit card company but in the meantime i paid for something that I will never receive. Please do not believe the social media hype. This is a scam.

I would not purchase from this company. They ship from China and their 100 day easy return is a total scam. You can't get your money back only a store credit. They say 2-10 business days to ship and took 18 business days. Total scammers. And the Classic Momento is such an odd size that you have to buy the over priced noted books from them.

I love my Momento pocket size. It is perfect for why I wanted to try it. I love the color and the pages seem really great. It took a little
longer to receive it because it shipped from China, but overall, worth the wait. I want to order the larger size for more detailed and in depth writing projects…watching for a good sale price and then will order!

There bo good way to get customer support. They havent responded to my emails and the number that is on their Facebook is not the correct number. I wish they would respond to my emails and not list some wrong number to call.

The Momento Classic journal is exactly what I needed for a Whatever journal utilizing 3 inserts. The card inserts at the back hold everything I may need on the go, including appointment cards, ID, and top business cards. An additional insert holds pen and pencil refill. Both the trim size and leather are top drawer, imo.
I'd had issues with delivery, at first. ETA reports were conflicting. But once the journal cleared customs in China, everything went smoothly. GOFO, the final carrier, is trustworthy and meticulous. Tracking becomes easy and GOFO provides photo proof of delivery.
My advice: relax and prepare for delivery in 10 to 15 days. The journal is well worth it.

No regrets with my purchase it’s the perfect size for me to carry along while running errands and the smaller on I gave to my son who is disabled and loves to draw and he is also throughly enjoying this purchase. The quality is amazing and I’m sure it will last us both for years to come. I was afraid to handle it too roughly but quickly discovered that will not be an issue and can I say I love how smooth it feels in my hands. And the color Bordeaux it stunning and easy for me to find in my bag that sometimes gets just a little too crowded. Excellent !

Love the quality of the leather cover. I got the Classic size. I love this size. Doesn’t take up much space in my tote bag. The paper is very high quality. My favorite part is the blue stone butterfly charm I chose. Nice quality!

Poor quality - Delivery was slow - quality definitely not worth $89 - difficult to add additional inserts. I would not buy another one and you can only get a store credit if returned. Great advertisement but product shown is not like the one I received. Beware!!!

I am very pleased with the quality and customer service. The notebook is beautifully made and packaged.

I love the idea of this type of journal and I will use it. Not sure I will spend money on the refill pages. It’s difficult to add the charms- videos online make it look a lot simpler. If you are interested in this type of journal check local bookstores. I didn’t before ordering this one - i probably would have found one for far less money. That being said - I will use it until I am out of pages.
