Lovely journal. It took about two weeks to be delivered directly from China, but was updated the entire time.

I absolutely love the product. The construction and design are beautiful.

The Product ( card organizer ) was just as I expected. Vvery useful. I recommend it.

The products are nice. They do seem a little less grade on the feel of leather. Pictures seem a little different than the product. Happy with my order. Thank you.

I like the product that I finally received, but it took almost a month to get here and it was almost too late for the occasion I bought it for. If I had known it was coming from China, I wouldn't have ordered it. I won’t order refills from them for the same reason. It’s a shame, because I appreciate the customer service. Every time I emailed about it, they answered promptly, thoroughly, and courteously. I wish them success and a way to ship to customers from the US. That would be a game changer.

I genuinely like the concept. I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas because I’ve been getting her the other one that’s popular every year. I showed her this and she thought she would like this one is better. I find it very difficult to put the inserts in and out either. They’re not enough strings to put them in place or something. I don’t know if she will really like it or not, and it was very expensive to buy it also we will see.

I ordered 2 journals minutes apart. One came right away and the other took 2 weeks longer. If I would have know it was coming from China I would have looked for another option. Pretty expensive for what it is and the paper curls of you glue anything on it.

My order was supposed to arrive a week ago. Tried reach out to the company. No answer or resolution. Will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

This was my first experience purchasing a journal. I am pleased with the whole experience from placing the order to it being delivered to my door. I have been walking with it in my bag ever since.

I love the concept and the cover, but the ads indicate the journal is at least 50% larger than the standard size actually is. The measurements are correct in the listings, so that's on me for not checking more carefully, but the ads definitely make it look more like it's 6-7" width.

I’ve yet to use it seems like a nice journal. The picture of the journal that you use in your ads seems especially thick. I find that hard to believe that that’s going to fit in the leather binding. It’s hard enough to put in an additional packet in there, I added some envelopes and it’s obesely chubby. But we’ll see how it goes. I think the rules say you can add up to seven inserts. I already have five and I don’t see where I could put another insert. But we’ll see.

I really like my journal and appreciate how well it fits in a bag for consistent journaling. I quite like the inserts and the ability to personalize the journal to make it uniquely mine.
The paper is great quality - no bleeding.
The charms are gorgeous but hard to put on (you will need needle point pliers).
The designed in LA ad was a little misleading as this seems to come from China. The delivery time was long (but of course we are all less patient now).
The journal is nice and soft. I ordered more inserts already.

Not what I expected. The ad shows a much more involved journal. I was shocked how small and the quality. I think you are false advertising this product. For what you get, it is over priced. Not enough pages either. Sorry. Do not recommend.

Misleading advertisements. Comes from China, product not as pictured. Bright red tacky elastic that does not match cover. Sent two completely different and hideously ugly charms than what was ordered and not at all gold plated. Absolutely not worth even a third of the price charged.

So far bad. Shipping is not accurate at all. It said it would be here the 15th, then the 17th and now the 18th but there is no way it will be here - it's in China and only processing. Its ships from China. If I had known that upfront I would have never bought it.

This company is a rip off. Read carefully before you buy. Only return for store credit. Shipping is not accurate, took almost 3 weeks and that is when I realize they ship from China. Also they have the same journals for $20 on Amazon and the shipping only takes 2 days.

Beautiful Cover on my Journal. Disappointed that the pictures shown, don’t match what you actually receive. Example, my chosen folio showed a great BEE charm but in reality, the charm I got was a very small bee.

First of all I do not like that I was under the assumption that this was made and sold in the USA. If I had previously known that it was made and shipped from China I would have bought a different brand. Second I was led to believe that I would have my journal in 5 to 10 days. It is actually going on the 12th day and according to the tracking is still sitting in Chicago in Customs Holding.

I purchased the pocket-sized and moss green, and the color is just what I expected and the cover is made from a good quality leather.

Ordered the product 2 weeks ago and the delivery keeps being pushed out. Will never order again. Takes to long to receive. Would’ve cancelled if I could.
