Curtains ordered weeks and weeks ago. Requested an update as to where they are, no response. Trying to contact via social media and emails, just get promised a response "soon". It seems like this is the only way to receive a response! All I would like is an update but reading these reviews, I am very concerned that this business is in trouble and is going under.... avoid at all costs!!!!! Updating to include my order number S-033138 Also to note that the CEO has been on here to address complaints but has not addressed mine. I am emailing daily and no one responds anymore.
Another update! I emailed the stitched CS team from a different email address and received an immediate response. However, they are too busy to respond to the request I made for an update 2 weeks ago now. Wow, Elly shame on you!

I ordered three blinds on 27 March on a 4-10 week lead time. Today is 12 weeks since 27 March and I've heard nothing. I've sent 3+ emails (no reply) and have just called a number which is just a recorded message. I've paid £1,229 and looking at the recent reviews I'm very concerned that I won't receive my blinds. We ordered so they would be installed in time for summer and it's stinking hot without them! Order S-033081
UPDATE: Stitched has now given me an "estimated" delivery date of 10 July, which would be 5 weeks overdue - it won't help my kids in their stinking hot room for the next 3 weeks! I will keep this post updated. Note also that I sent a letter of demand in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act yesterday and this, coupled with my TrustPilot review, appears to have spurred them into action. My recommendation to avoid the company for the appalling absence of service still stands.
Elinor: thank you for your response. The latest delivery date MUST be 10 July as we are going away on 11 July. Shocking that it takes these kind of measures to gain any information.
As a result of this delay, I expect a 25% refund given that you are now in breach of contract. Please address that in your next response so the wider group can see.
Final note: beware a company such as Stitched that does not allow comments on its Instagram feed. Lesson well and truly learned! :(

How can a company change so radically in just two years? We ordered two pairs of curtains in 2021 and customer service was communicative and clear. We ordered a curtain in March, were told it was delayed only after much badgering on our part, promised an unspecified compensation amount which we never received and now our ‘mid-June’ delivery date hasn’t occurred and Stitched is ignoring us and keeping our money. I am reporting the company to Trading Standards unless I receive either our curtain or a refund. Please reply as soon as possible. Order no: S-032967

I refrained from writing this review for months as I wanted these guys to deliver something better than the poor players that exist with John Lewis and Hillarys. Stitched's product is good but their post sale customer service is appalling.
Main issues were:
- incredibly poor and slow customer service. You can only get them via email, they take days to respond and days if not weeks to action anything. Their customer service phone number is a ruse - you can never get through. I have rung well over 10 times and I have never got through to anyone. Even after months of poor customer service, no one from Stitched takes the accountability to deal with a frustrated customer personally and resolve the issue quickly. I emailed the CEO multiple times and this did nothing.
- they take weeks to effect anything.
- they advised us wrongly on our blind and curtain fitting which means it will cost us additional hundreds of pounds to correct.
It's terrible to say this but this company would make me go back to Hillarys or John Lewis, who are also terrible but less so.
Avoid this brand at all costs. Would rather spend money on advertising than delivering any goods. Ordered curtains on the 3rd of February. Told after chasing an update that the were 2 weeks behind. 18 weeks later, they have not arrived. Told I cannot have a refund as the fabric has been cut although the most recent update is that they are working to maybe get them done in another 5-6 weeks. Shocking treatment.

I very rarely write reviews, but I have to say something about my experience with this company. My wife and I ordered a custom roman blind for £600. My wife is a wonderful seamstress, but she was too busy to make this so we paid the premium. After missing their expected date, and then being unable to give us another date, we asked for, and were promised a refund. Despite chasing and new promises, we never got our refund and I have had to dispute the transaction with the credit card provider. They have been curt on email and never answer the phone. Dreadful.
Edited: told today that a refund has been processed, I'll update again if money is received.
Promised the refund.........still not received the refund. I think this company has severe cash flow challenges and so are holding on to cash as long as possible.
My wonderful wife has made the blind herself.
UPDATE:
Tis company promised a refund, which I have still not received. I disputed the charge with my credit card company which they have refuted on the basis that we did received the goods, so presumably Stitched gave them the wrong information. Either stitched respond to this review with a refund or I will have to go to small claims court. Genuinely the worst online experience of my life. These folk are fraudulent.

I ordered my blinds at the beginning of March (S-032846). I was told a lead time of 4-10 weeks. Nearly 14 weeks have passed and I have no idea where my order is. I’ve tried to ask for an update 4 times, and every time they tell me they’ll check with the warehouse and get back to me, which they never do. The whole process is so poorly managed and the customer service is terrible. I want a refund, and I will never purchase from this company again.

We placed orders for three blinds in January (our receipt references delivery by end of February) and they still haven't arrived. We have chased and chased and we either receive no response, generic replies or updated timelines that have not been honoured (we were promised mid-April delivery at one point). We've not been able to feed our newborn in her nursery and we were told this blind would be prioritised...still nothing.
I am not sure what it going on with the business but you are very clearly in breach of your contract with us to supply these blinds. As much as we were excited about the blinds we ordered, we have now lost all faith in the company. As per our most recently ignored emails, please arrange refunds of orders S-032553 (£1,222.64) and S-032525 (£549.26) or we will have no choice but to issue proceedings. Thank you.

Order (S-032540) was placed on 31st January with an estimated delivery of 28th Feb.
On March 6th we were advised a 'small number' of orders were experiencing delays with no eta due to a mill issue.
A month later after prodding they advised they were still behind, again with no eta.
On May 16th we were promised an update 'shortly' as they were supposedly catching up (although now they are/were blaming a supplier issue), but since then they've just stopped responding to emails asking what's happening.

Leaving another review here as the only way I seem to get a response is via Trustpilot despite emailing Elinor directly as invited to below.
After waiting the max lead time of 10 weeks and multiple chases to find out when our curtains and blinds would arrive, we were eventually told they would be dispatched 4 weeks later, w/c 22nd May. Lo and behold, they have not been dispatched, and my emails last week to check that they were on track have been ignored.
We ordered our products on Feb 17 and still nothing at the end of May. We have a 6 month old and a 2 year old and have been hanging on patiently for their curtains with inadequate window coverings - a nightmare getting them to sleep on lighter evenings.
The supply chain and customer service is clearly completely unfit for purpose - I cannot believe they are still promoting their brand on Instagram despite being unable to keep up with existing orders.
Please can someone let me know when we will receive our order or provide a refund so that we can move forward? As with the customers below, this whole experience has led to so much unnecessary stress.

Please beware of this company. They take your money then don’t deliver the product or respond to emails/calls etc.
I ordered my curtains (cost of £1500) on 1 February, was promised delivery on 1 March and still nothing. It is hard to believe there is not something dishonest going on here with so many sharing a similar experience.
Please Stitched, can you let me know when I will get my curtains.

I ordered blinds from this company and like many others was told of delays and was told they would get back to me. They could never tell me when the order would be delivered so I asked for a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. I will be forced to take legal action to recover funds which is fortunately easy for me as I have legal professionals who deal with consumer law in my family. Can also see they’ve disabled comments on their Instagram. Never a good sign. Such a shame as the online appointments and measuring service were brilliant and if managed properly they would definitely be filling a gap in the market.

I ordered a pair of curtains in March and having received no communication since the order confirmation I have now tried to get an update on delivery twice. I was told they needed to check with the workshop last week and no word since. Incredibly poor customer service.

I have been told that delays in the workshop mean I will receive delivery by the end of June. I have asked for a firmer commitment on dates but have received no response.

Ordered one blind on 24th February. After 10 weeks and multiple emails requesting an update on my order I was finally told there was a delay and the blind wouldn't be available until the end of May. We decided to cancel the order as we have a baby on the way and need the blind before the baby is born in June- so went to a different company. We cancelled the order on 2nd May and are still awaiting our refund despite being told the same day we cancelled that we would receive a full refund. Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish- and we're still not finished because we still have not received our refund!!!

This is an update from my previous review. I am writing again in the hope that Stitched will respond to my emails!
After installing my order, S-032557, I discovered not only are the products cheaply (machine) made but two of the blinds hanging in my child's playroom are in fact dangerous. The chains hang only 90cm above the ground. According to the Stitched website, the law states chains must be at least 150cm from the ground. My blinds were measured by Elly at Stitched so the company should have the correct measurements.
I have contacted Stitched several times since receiving my blinds last month however I have not had a response since the 4th May.
The blind chains MUST be altered ASAP. I would like someone to inform me how the other issues I have raised in my emails will be dealt with.

Ordered curtains on 10th January 23. Eventually heard back that problems at mill had delayed things. Then heard that ran out fabric. Alternative fabric requested 31st March. Now 16th May and no sign of curtains and not responding to emails. Over 5 months and counting....
UPDATE: Was told mid June delivery date, STILL NO so sign at 24th June.

Final Update 28 June - I have received the curtains despite fearing I never would. They are good quality. It’s such a pity this company have not been more honest with their customers. I’d rather know the truth than be given empty promises! It’s been too much stress even the delivery was shambolic. But I did receive my curtains in the end.
Update 23 June - look below at original date of dispatch and still not received. A delivery was attempted 2 days ago but when I went to pick up at the location provided the curtains were not there! It never ends. Appalling in every way.
Update: 9 June - still waiting…
Update: 26 May - a package was dispatched but like others I waited at home for a timed delivery which never came. Now UPS have emailed to say package is being returned to sender as address is incomplete. Utterly shambolic stuff.
Hopeless. Ordered in early January. Waited patiently. Told issues with mill. Eventually I chased them only to be told they had essentially run out of my fabric! Unbelievable. Offered another one, an upgrade, and of course I asked how long it would take. Two weeks I was told. Coming up to four weeks and now they are not answering my emails. Horrendous service.

I have tried to reach out and talk to a person several times.
I would really appreciate a simple response and an honest timeline, stating when I will see a resolution.
I think it is really unprofessional that I have to correspond through trust pilot.
Nobody is answering the phone or responding to my direct emails.
Shopper do not spend your money with this company.

I was still waiting for there delivery in March 23 I requested a refund at the beginning of April 23 I am still waiting for my money £1200 at this stage I am more then concerned that I will not get my money back.

I ordered some curtains at the beginning of December 2022. I’m still waiting for them.
I was told that my delay initially was due to one of their ‘work rooms’ being busy. I was then told my order had been sent to another ‘work room’ to deal with as a priority. Then a further delay was caused by some supply issues for various fixings. I’m not sure what the delay is now, save that I was told my order was despatched on Friday but UPS have not even received my parcel yet.
I’ve been given a small discount by way of an apology (which I then had to chase to receive) but since I’ve spent c. £1,500 on some straightforward curtains that I wanted for winter 5 months ago, it doesn’t go far. And I still have no curtains.
Really disappointed, especially because I have a house that needs new curtains in most of the rooms and I’ll have to look elsewhere for them now.
Customer service do respond by email pretty promptly and are friendly and polite, but their emails have done nothing to speed up my order and are always vague.
I really hope they’re nice curtains when they finally do arrive.
UPDATE: I’ve upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 stars because my curtains have finally arrived and they are very well made and lovely fabric. But 5 months is such a long time to wait for them, it’s just not worth it. I think Stitched need more ‘work rooms’ to deal with the quantity of orders.

Avoid this company! I ordered a simple roman blind for daughter’s bedroom at the end of January and it still hasn’t arrived! I have emailed and called but still no sign of the blind. First was a problem with the fabric at the mill they said, then said mid March. I wish I had never ordered with this company and will never use again.
