I am still waiting for my blinds to arrive, despite inquiring repeatedly over the last 5 months as to their location following the promised 6 week order time. I only received a response after my last Trust Pilot Review 3 weeks ago, where your CEO stated my blinds have now been delivered. They have not. Unbelievably an incorrect or incomplete address was given and I cannot get a response from anyone about their location. I would now like a full refund as I have completely lost confidence in your company and want nothing further to do with Stitched. From the reviews below my experience has been exactly the same as the majority of other customers below - for any potential customers considering using Stitched, I urge you to avoid this company.

Lovely blinds in quality fabrics.
Ordered some Roman blinds, fabric samples were great as well as their video call option to help with colours and measuring.
Order delayed slightly but blinds are such great quality and exactly what I was after, so worth the wait for the investment.

Love my Stitched curtains. They took longer than expected to arrive due to my fabric choice being out of stock, but I was kept up to date with that. I would say they were worth the wait, they look and feel great.

What a fabulous customer service team. They came to my home and did a full measuring with no fee and no obligation. Gave some great advice on fabrics and colours then delivered two fabulously made pairs of curtains. First time buying made to measure curtains online and stitched held my hand nicely through the process in a completely non pushy way.

Ordered some curtains for our bay window. It was our first time hanging curtains and we honestly had no idea where to start, but the Stitched team were really great and helped us to complete our measurements perfectly. They took longer than we'd hoped to arrive but now they're up we couldn't be happier, fabric is really great quality and they look amazing. Cheers guys.

Just had delivery of our first set of curtains, after ordering blinds a couple of years ago. The quality of the fabric is amazing and the curtains look beautiful in our new home. We brought the old blind with us as we love it so much. Lead time for delivery was a bit slower this time round but worth the wait for the quality of the fabric and make of the curtains.

I had an awful experience with Stitched. So disappointing. I ordered in Nov'22, the email said 6 weeks delivery time. In January I chased and asked for an update.. and then again a few weeks later.. I got a response saying 'they're being delivered soon' but I received no emails/confirmation or anything on dates. I chased again in March and I got a response saying they had been delivered. They had delivered them to a complete incorrect address. After more back-and-forth, they managed to get new blinds delivered in 72 hours. Quality is disappointing. All the strings were the wrong length and pull apart constantly.
Complete waste of time & money.

After having someone visit to measure curtains, we got lots of follow up emails to place an order. We finally did at the end of November 2022. At the end of the estimated delivery time, we were contacted to say there would be a delay.
We needed the curtains for a particular date and after saying this then communication became very delayed with stitched. Finally they have arrived, 5 months after ordering however without the ordered curtain pole so pretty useless. I am not very hopeful for this arriving anytime soon based on my experience. We did ask for a refund during the delay, but they took so long to reply that it wasn’t worth it. I wish we had of gone for the refund.
Seems they are very keen to market orders but can’t fulfil them. Would not recommend or reorder.
Update - I was updated to say the pole had been reordered and would arrive the following week. Over a week later, this has not arrived and I have not had a reply to my latest email.
Second update - the third attempt at delivering the pole worked. The experience of delivery is very different to the swatch samples. The samples come in a very nice booklet with lots of information and graphics. With both the curtains and poles there was no information or booklet/paper with either delivery. I would expect a how to guide or a card to thank me for the order and to point me to the website with how to install them. However I went to the website and the process was fairly simple if you have the correct drill.
It’s hard to say I am happy with the curtains after waiting six months and the experience in between. It’s soured my reaction to them. The only issue post delivery is we had the at home measuring appointment and wanted the curtains just touching the floor however they are slightly pooling now they are up which isn’t a style I like (moving the curtain pole any higher isn’t possible and wouldn’t help the situation).
Overall, I wish I got a traditional curtain maker to make and install the curtains. I don’t think it would have been much more expensive and I think I would be in a happier place now with the curtains. What I am happy about is no longer having to email stitched about issues.

Everything started off well with Stitched, orders arrived, a bit late but all ok last year. But this year after ordering matching ones, some "got lost" in the post and the others turned up with the wrong lining. They had promised to have them fixed but the day UPS were meant to show up, I waited and waited .. No one answers the phone now and my impression is that this company must be about to fold as there is something seriously unprofessional going on with the customer care now. Such a shame from such a promising start.
24/5/23 I have just received a notification that Stitched have replied below saying that they have been in touch with me and have resolved everything but they have NOT and I am STILL waiting to hear from them so do not believe any of their replies to reviews!!

Something’s wrong. A couple of years ago we ordered blinds and they were brilliant. This year I ordered in Jan 23 with no contact or updates. I’ve emailed, phoned and web-chatted and the response to each is “we need to check with our work room and come back to you” but they never come back. We’re now a hundreds of pounds down and, in the absence of any communication, I can only assume they’re going under. Unreliable and unhelpful.

Ordered and paid for blinds and curtains in early December that still haven’t arrived. Poor communication about delays, with my 4 most recent requests for an update not responded to. This is a shame as an earlier order from stitched was timely and lovely curtains.

So I ordered curtains in December customer service very slow to respond.
Was promised curtains would be despatched 3rd April at latest hopefully sooner.
By 10th April no word .
Again customer service took days to reply with a promise to "update me next week " no explanation given for lack of delivery.
Curtains finally arrived they look really good haven't hung them yet as no rush now weather warmer

Great range of natural fabrics and superbly made Roman blinds. I had been searching for a long time to find some natural material that didn’t cost the earth and get it made into blinds for my new kitchen, and was absolutely delighted with the ones made for me by Stitched. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Due to supplier issues the order took much longer (months) to arrive than originally quoted. Bother the materials and courier hindered the process. Communication was a little slow regarding these issues. Apologies received but no discount etc offered which was disappointing given I was quoted 6 weeks maximum and it took 4 months. The curtains when they arrived were great: good material and well made.

I used Stitched for some bedroom curtains, all the sample fabrics were lovely. The team were great and helped me measure up over a video call. The curtains have finished off the room perfectly!

We ordered our curtains in December 2022 and 3 months later still have no delivery date. We don't want to cancel as the design and fabric looks perfect for our room. But as other reviewers have said that's makes no difference if the product never arrives.
Repeated queries are met with vague answers and not even a rough indication of how much longer we have to wait. We may give it a little longer, but will reluctantly soon have to give up altogether. Best avoided.
Terrible customer service after you’ve ordered, and ridiculous delays.
I ordered blinds in late Dec 2022. They said upfront that orders placed after x date wouldn’t go into production until Jan, which was fine. I confirmed my order mid-Jan. Six weeks later (their standard lead time), having had no communication from them, I emailed for an update. Almost three months later, I still don’t have my blinds and no idea when they’ll arrive.
Emails to their customer service, requesting updates, mostly get ignored. They blame the delay on being inundated with orders pre-xmas - if there’s a backlog, why are they still accepting new orders?? That feels highly dodgy. They take no responsibility for their total lack of customer comms/customer management. Which is even worse given the costs involved - this is an expensive product!
Also, they’ve deleted negative comments on their social media saying these things (I saw several, no longer there). That feels uncomfortably close to dishonesty.

So pleased with my curtains. I recently used stitched for 5 windows in my new home, I was really impressed by their website and the sample pack was lovely. Half of my order was slightly delayed but the team kept me informed. I would definitely use stitched again.
