My sub zero was heating up around the edges. I emailed them directly as it was installed by the kitchen fitter. There was a prompt reply from one of the senior managers who was able to talk me through the whole problem and how to fix things. Having never had one of these fridges before I was totally unaware that they need much more care than the ordinary ones and had not read any of the instruction manual (who does??). All fixed now thanks to a very prompt and helpful service department.

Bought range cooker in 2018, teppanyaki stopped working after a year, new part fitted. Burners then kept cutting out, now need a new 6 burner control pad so I only have 4 burners working. Wolf at Maldon in Essex have been waiting for this part from America for 6 months, I have been waiting for 4 months. The range cooker cost me a fortune, wish I’d never bought the thing!

We bought a Sub Zero fridge 5yrs ago, it has had the normal yearly service all has been fine. However it stopped working 50days ago, 4 engineers have been and a spare part ordered and fitted that came from the USA and still not working.

The fridge cost us just under 25K, the quality is really bad, really did expect better from this famous brand. We have chased them constantly over the last month to get engineers back to make it work. Just not impressed and would stay well clear of this company.

Absolutely shocking product and service. I would avoid like the plague especially given the money involved.

I wrote a review at the end of March. No response from Wolf. I am STILL waiting for my range cooker to be repaired and this is from December. It’s now May ‘21. If you live in Europe/UK and you have a gas top your ignition turns the gas off (safety feature) if there’s a problem. Unfortunately even though I don’t have a gas problem it stops working and will not re-light. It seems you will be left not knowing when or even if you will ever get the part you need. This is the second time my range has had this problem ( it’s only 3 years old) and now I’m left with 4 burners not 6. What happens if the others stop working? What will Wolf do? Will now get legal advice as this is not right and as there has been absolutely no contact from anyone at Wolf and no one has offered any sort of time line there doesn’t seem to be any other option. If you’re from the EU or UK don’t buy the range until Wolf can solve this problem. The US models do not require this safety feature. I am deeply disappointed with this product and in particular the total lack of communication from Wolf. I could never recommend this range cooker. Wolf, get your act together please.
