Company is a scam and violated ESA regulations.
Company is a scam. ESA paper work is free from your doctor while Support Pets charge and have you do an online question/form with NEVER TALKING TO A DR!!! Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are regulated by the government, and require a consultation—either in-person, over the phone, or via video—with a licensed mental health professional (LMHP) or healthcare provider while SUPPORT PETS DOESNT OFFER ANY OF THAT!!! I did chat support they said landlords can have different standards for ESA requirements, they dont do 1 on 1 and i did a form to see and they approved me for a letter without ever talking to a dr which is illegal and my letter from support pets can 100% rejected if verified because they are a scam company and i have all the screen shots from their chat and the rejection. Since they wanna respond and say its legal for an online assessment using their own words a simple google search shows its illegal. "No, a simple online assessment/questionnaire alone is not a legally valid ESA approval. A legally recognized Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter requires a real evaluation by a licensed mental health professional (LMHP). While you can use online, remote services to connect with a professional, a mere "assessment" without a personalized consultation (verbal or video call) is a scam."...Support pets is a scam company and anyone who googles the legality of their business can see for themselves that its all illegal and a scam. Yall scammed the wrong person who knows the laws now from researching and calling on laws to verify. They also said i live call or meeting isnt always needed it a 10 second "do I need to verbally meet with mr for a legally valid esa pet letter" and it'll tell you yes. This company is clearly a scam ran about idiots. Also they say landlords can have their own esa standards...ESA animals are regulated by the government not per landlords under FHA and ADA.....they know literally nothing about what they speak.

Support Pets
Support Pets, assisted with my renewal ESA paper work. I missed the letter from Support Pets with the questionaire the doctor needed to renew my dog as an ESA letter dog. Support Pets is customer oriented, and responded to my request for assistance within 24 hours.

I do not recommend this company
I do not recommend this company, about 4 years ago I signed my pup up for this. Initially for the basic package. They up-sell like all companies do, so I went with what called signature package currently. It was difficult just to get the letter and to this day NEVER received the package I upgraded to! Trying to contact anyone was like pulling teeth. They had no problem charging my credit card twice for initial charge then the upgrade.
Here's a thought for my fellow dog owners train your dog so they will follow your commands and most importantly not bark at everything. This month my dog turns 5 years old, we go on walks with no leash. I can tell her to sit near the door of a convenient store or anywhere and she will stay there til I return. I used Don Sullivan's training program that uses praise over treats! We travel for work and when we do get a motel room she stays for free as a service dog.
