Great service for IR heaters
We have had IR heaters for two years now and decided to fit a larger one with a family photo on to the living room and move the living room heater into the bedroom. Kas was very helpful and patient. We took 3 weeks selecting the photo and sending the image but Kas was not pushy and we have now selected the 900w panel with our photo choice and eagerly await it’s delivery which is free of charge on purchases over £50

4 Screws fell out of unit after…
4 Screws fell out of unit after unwrapping. They fell out of the plate adjacent to the control unit. I have replaced them but they fell out because they had been overtightened. I can see the screw retainers are stretched. Poor QC on your part.

Would have been 5 star but I discovered…
Would have been 5 star but I discovered that the wrong fuse had been fitted to all the units. Therefore it made me unhappy with the testing carried out by the company.

I've discussed this with my colleagues in the Customer Services department, and we would like to assure you that all our heaters are CE, RoHS and UKCA compliant, and have passed all regulatory testing before being sold to the public. The plugs fitted to all units are rated at 13A (and this is written on the front of the plug), and are more than capable of taking the load of the unit. You have our assurances that your heater is safe to use, and that from the thousands of units we sell annually, we are yet to have any sent back due to incorrect fuses. Hi Vitalijus, I'd like to apologise for the experience you have had with us. I've spoken to my colleague in Customer Services, and it looks like there was a delay in the heater coming back to us from the depot. It arrived back at our warehouse on May 15th, my colleague processed your return on the same day, and attempted to call you but there was no answer. He then left you an email, to confirm that your refund has been processed, so it should be back in your account now. I will get my colleague to send you the transaction ID to certify the completion of the refund. Again our apologies for your experience, but we have done everything we can to process your refund in a timely manner. Thank you, the Surya Heating Team.

I have returned a faulty item
I have returned a faulty item, it was tested and a replacement was dealt with straight away. Georgia was very helpful with this and with ordering some new lights too.

IR picture panel.
I ordered a IR panel and was very pleased with the service and quick delivery. I rang surya up as I did not know how to set the remote Caz talked me through it and was very helpfull indeed.I was so happy with the previous pic I ordered that I ordered a different pic panel today ,I spoke to Caz again and as before very helpfull.Sheila Phillips.
