Tala are great
Tala are great, their customer service is second to none. Their staff are so helpful, especially in the Shoreditch branch. Advised on some great hallways lights, which we got 4 of. Kitchen pendant lights also and also helped out with a missing bracket we think we may have lost. Their lights are beautiful, look fantastic in our rooms and go together beautifully. The sample sale was also great , we got 2 outside lights, unfortunately one of them didn’t dim but when I got in touch they were able to exchange for me so hoping to get that back soon. Also so understanding when we needed parts quickly as our electrician is coming soon. Thanks everyone at Tala

Weeks waiting for broken bulb
Been waiting for the Gaia bulb for weeks to arrive. Finally today it arrived and was broken 😡
The filament completely separated from the glass and there were no pieces inside. This was obviously damaged before being packaged or at the time at the warehouse. Really bloody annoyed about this.

Very fast delivery and beautiful product; I ordered the candlenut white Muse wall light for beside my front door. It looks stunning! My only concern is that I'm concerned over time the weather will in some way rust the light or the colour may become discoloured? I hope not and can't see any mention of this being an issue.

The light is beautiful and is crafted well, the whole quality of the build and materials is wonderful.
It looks brilliant in our conservatory.
Shipping was also really quick which we appreciated.

Good product...eventually
I ordered the item in mid-December as a Christmas gift having received assurances that it would arrive in time for Christmas when I went to visit the showroom. By early-January I had not heard anything from Tala regarding my order. Having contacted them, I was informed that my order had been lost in the internal system and had yet to be dispatched. I have since received the item and am happy with the product, however, I was very disappointed with the service and delay which meant that I was unable to give the gift for Christmas.
