The T.V. Engineer found good T.V. signal in the loft but no signal at ground level, therefore the problem was in the cable coming from loft to ground level. The cable was not inside conduit but plastered into the wall and could not be reused. The solution was therefore to replace all old vertical cables which he did very quickly and this restored the T.V.signal at ground level.

Our request for help was very quickly answered. Ryan, the Engineer was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had an issue with my TV pixelating. I had an engineer call who was absolutely useless his name was Kevin. He was always in a rush all he did was replace my old aerial and TV cables which did not solve the issue. And I must praise Ryan Lion Who eventually solve the problem by retuning the channels to receive the correct signal. He took his time he listened and was very thorough, Pleasant and understanding,of our frustrations. I cannot praise this man enough,this was the third attempt of correcting this issue.
