Very nice shoes and the experience of buying is pleasant. I personally prefer high-end shoes because they contain better materials, so they are easier to clean and aren't likely to be affected by dirt, debris, and the pressure put on them by the wearer's feet. They will also be able to hold up better when worn every day for sports, exercise, or even just for daily wear.

Overall I have been happy with what I got.

After a dispute with Thomas Bird management and several emails, I am pleased to say that the issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I would most definitely recommend “Thomas Bird” for their after-sale services as well as their high-end Italian shoes. Thank you

I don't normally buy high end shoes but these do look great, and of good quality. While the price isn’t the only thing I would consider when choosing the right pair of shoes, it’s important to understand the brand and design are better that worth the extra cost.

For me high end shoes are worth it because they have better features, more comfortable, and designed to last a long time, so over time, it does work out better.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality. The reps were responsive to my inquiries, my shoes and belt were beautiful, and I was kept apprised of the status of my order every step of the way.

And if anyone's curious, I'm from the US (I note this because ordering from Thomas Bird made this an international order, and despite that, the product arrived swiftly and without damage).

I recently purchased a pair of Thomas Bird Bourne Double Monk Strap shoes for my upcoming wedding. The folks there are wonderful to work with. They shipped very fast. I never normally write reviews, but my experience with thomas bird was so good, I had to mention it to the wider online community! I came across the site after searching for a new pair of formal brogues. Images looked fine, clean, crisp site etc, but I was concerned about the fitting. I emailed them my concerns and got a quick informative response from Adam. 24 hours later and I'm chuffed with my shoes! Well done. Will order again. Dave R.
